“La cama muy confortable, sin embargo, en la web del hotel indica que hay bañera en casi todas las habitaciones y era más bien al contrario, apenas habían, por suerte, nos cambiaron la habitación con una que sí tenía.Indicar también, que en la reserva por la web ponía que teniamos un late check out hasta las 15h de forma gratuita, y al mediodía nos llamó recepción que debíamos salir a las 12, (nos sorprendió que el turno de mañana no estuviera al caso, cuando en el check in si se nos confirmó la hora de salida). Consideramos que la web no está bien adaptada a los servicios reales del hotel, y és una lastima, puesto que por las indicadas anteriormente, fueron las que nos hizo escoger éste hotel.Por otro lado, escuchaba la habitación vecina a la persona roncar (no hay una buena insonorización de paredes) hay algunos desperfectos en la hab. (la cortina esaba un poco descolgada, algunos acabados de la puerta del balcón y de los bajos de la pared estabán rotos y desgastados).”
