Welcome to Europamundo! Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: City tour of Rome. Night transfer to Trastevere area.

We will enjoy a panoramic tour to give you an introduction to the Eternal City, finishing at St Peter’s in the Vatican, where you will be able to visit the Basilica and museums. In the evening, we transfer to the Trastévere, the busy city district well known for its typical restaurants. Return to hotel.

Free time the whole day to keep exploring the city. Today we suggest you take an optional excursion to Naples, Capri and Pompeii.

We travel to the capital of Tuscany - FLORENCE, upon arrival we will make a stop to take a photo at the Michelangelo viewpoint, where we can have one of the most beautiful views over the city. After that we include a sightseeing tour with a local guide of the capital of Tuscany, one of the most visited cities in the country, considered the cradle of the Renaissance and few of the most influential artists and thinkers in history, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli or Raphael. Highlights include the Gothic cathedral (duomo), the ancient Stone Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) with its goldsmiths´ shops and the Signoria square - the political heart of the city with the town hall in a medieval building.

Salimos siguiendo el valle del Po hacia Suiza. Etapa de gran belleza paisajística entrando en la región de los lagos Alpinos. LUGANO, tiempo para almorzar y pasear por la capital de la región Suiza de habla Italiana, a la orilla del gran lago. Tras la hora del almuerzo cruzamos los Alpes por el túnel de San Gotardo. LUCERNA, llegada a media tarde. Tiempo para conocer esta hermosísima ciudad Suiza a la orilla del lago de los cuatro cantones. ZURICH, llegada al final de la tarde, un paseo junto a su lago.

Entre colinas viajamos a BERNA, capital de la confederación helvética y extraordinaria ciudad medieval. Tiempo para pasear y almorzar. Al comienzo de la tarde viajamos a Francia; hermosos paisajes de lagos y en el Franco-Condado. PARIS llegada al final del día.

Incluimos un traslado al Palacio de Versalles. Podrá pasear por sus hermosos jardines o visitar su interior si lo desea. Iremos tras ello al barrio bohemio de Montmartre, con sus artistas al aire libre y sus pequeños restaurantes. Tiempo para almorzar y continuación con visita panorámica de París con guía local. Regreso al hotel. Opcionalmente podrá asistir a algún espectáculo de variedades.

Nota muy importante: durante el periodo de las Olimpiadas que tendrán lugar en París entre el 23 de julio y el 11 de agosto, no podremos garantizar el alojamiento en esta ciudad y con mucha probabilidad, estarán hospedados en alguna localidad próxima. En este caso, Europamundo les ofrecerá los traslados necesarios para que puedan realizar los servicios y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Today our guide will optionally offer you a visit to the Louvre Museum and a boat ride along the Seine River, as well as the visit to the Latin Quarter. If you prefer, you can have your free time. At 17:30 hrs. we leave Paris for the Loire Valley. TOURS, arrival in the evening to the capital of the Loire, where we recommend you having a walk and dinner in its beautiful historic center.

Today we will travel to the south of France across fragrant vineyards. We arrive in BORDEAUX whose town centre was declared a World Heritage Site. Here we will have time to have lunch and explore. We suggest that you visit the Port of the Moon and St Andrew’s Cathedral. We will then continue our trip and head towards the Pyrenees. LOURDES, arrival in the late afternoon. You can attend the candle procession (which takes place from late March until the end of October) and visit places of worship. We include the dinner at the hotel for all of our passengers.

Salida temprano de Lourdes. Hoy atravesamos los Pirineos entre altas cumbres, muy hermosos paisajes. Siguiendo el camino de Santiago entramos por RONCESVALLES, donde podrá ver la hermosa iglesia colegiata gótica de Santa María. En PAMPLONA, ciudad conocida por sus encierros, tendrá tiempo para almorzar. Seguimos a OLITE, donde impresiona el castillo del siglo XIII, lugar de residencia de los reyes de Navarra. Continuación hacia MADRID. Llegada al final del día.

Incluimos una excursión a la histórica ciudad de TOLEDO, protegida por el río Tajo. Sus calles medievales nos hablan de historias de cristianos, judíos y musulmanes. Tarde libre en MADRID. Esta noche, si lo desea, le proponemos opcionalmente un espectáculo flamenco.
