I have stayed at this property many times but cleanliness and attention to room preparedness has significantly declined. I stayed only one night this stay and found my shower floor was filthy including hair left over from previous guests. Also, the hotel utilizes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash wall mounted pump bottles. My shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. This hotel charges high rates and should be accountable for delivering service standards.

Asked for early check in when I booked. No response. Arrived early and asked for early check in. Was told no rooms ready but they will call when it's ready. No call. Showed up at 3 pm and nothing said. Room was clean and modern. Good wifi. Nice shower. Bed and pillows too soft but that's my issue. Hotel parking is more expensive than the private garage parking. But you get in/out privileges. That somehow costs the garage more... Not great value.

Hate to give a one star on Christmas, but how would they treat their costumers this way during Christmas. No room service, cleaning towels, no reserved rooms, downsize with no refund. We booked 517 sq feet multiple rooms city view online for family trip and got a standard two king room. You at your own risk of not getting what you want if you booked through Expedia. They (front desk) said ‘we didn’t collect your money, Expedia did, you should contact them for the room you reserved’.’ ….. quote ‘we have no control over what they put for pictures and information. I got you two kings, that’s what we have.’’ I would never come or recommend this hotel.

Not a five because the breakfast option is awful, seriously cost is overpriced but ok if you want something quick. Hotel is within walking distance of the SAP center. They do have a parking garage, cost is $35 a day. You have to ask for service and even then you may not receive service. Otherwise the room was exactly what I expected.

New built. Room is in good shape and conditions. The reason for lower rating is because it is close to the high way and below the plane landing path hence there are constant noises. And also the fact that during my stay there was room services for 3 days and I was told they had a short of hands. Totally not acceptable given the price paid.

Located right off the freeway. Parking lot is a public lot not owned by Marriott. You can prepay at Marriot with in and out privileges for 28.00 per day. We exited once and paid 6.00 for an hour...
