Enganei-me a pôr as estrelas do hotel não era para ser 1 estrela e sim 5. O hotel era muito grande, excelente limpeza e o restaurante foi muito bom!!

Hotel familiar, em meia pensão bastante equilibrado. Staff de restauração e bar impecável. Na limpeza de quartos nota-se que e claramente superficial mas suficiente. Acesso internet mediano.

Hotel excelente. Todas as pessoas são espetaculares, funcionários da recepção, do restaurante buffet, os animadores, da limpeza. As refeições são excelentes. A animação é excelente. Comodidades boas, quartos grandes e limpos. Hotel muito próximo da praia. Hotel muito adequado a famílias.

Hotel Bem localizado, 150 mts da praia. Pequeno almoço variado, mas com muita confusão e pouca reposição de alimentos. Jantares péssimos, sempre aproveitando a comida restante do dia anterior, pouca variedade, comida mal confeccionada e crua, sobremesas de embalagem, inadmissivel num hotel de 4 estrelas. Serviço de quarto com muito atraso, poucas senhoras para tantos hospedes, nosso quarto era mudado sempres depois das 15h/16h... Muita antenção ! Nenhum bebida incluida no valor de meia pensão, nem sequer a água ! Ar condicionado deixava de funcionar no final do dia, noites escaldantes no quarto com 2 crianças. Apesar das várias queixas, nada foi feito em relação a isso e passámos 5 noites literamente a destilar. Não recomendo de todo este Hotel, uma experiencia a não repetir !

O hotel e otimo! Ambiente confortavel, limpo e todos os funcionarios sao gentis e prestativos.

Nuestra estancia ha sido súper agradable, la limpieza impecable, tanto en las zonas comunes como en las habitaciones, la comida buenísima y variada. Nosotros estuvimos en régimen de media pensión. Y lo mejor de todo, el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, y siempre con una sonrisa. Sin duda, cuando volvamos repetiremos.

Pasamos unos días estupendos! Teníamos rato que no íbamos a un hotel tan completo y de un servicio tan bueno. A destacar las instalaciones y sobretodo el trato del personal tanto de la recepción como de la animación todos amables y siempre bien dispuestos. Las piscinas están perfectas la de niños es pura diversión. La comida es muy variada y es muy rica. Quizá los desayunos muy pensado para los turistas ingleses o alemanes pero nada que quejarse. Las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias.Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y es que por error el servicio de limpieza se llevó al segundo día de llegar de nuestra habitación una toalla de mi bebé que siempre solemos llevar para ella a los viajes y pasaron 3 días diciéndonos que no nos preocuparamos porque hablaban con la lavandería y así cada díay no fueron capaces de recuperarla. La verdad eso una pena porque quizá siento que no hicieron un esfuerzo extra por conseguirla. No es por la toalla si no por el significado de quién se la había regalado a nuestra bebé.

Passei 7 dias maravilhosos neste hotel! Adorei todo o tratamento que recebi e a forma como me senti aqui. Vou detalhar o que achei: - Quarto: simples mas chega para o efeito, com ar condicionado e varanda espaçosa. A casa de banho também é grande; - Espaços do hotel: bem arranjados e nada parecia estragado, havia cuidado em estar tudo impecável, não é um hotel de 5* e nota-se nestes pormenores; - Limpeza: quarto limpo todos os dias, sempre com toalhas novas diariamente também. Os espaços comuns do hotel nunca estavam sujos; - Refeições: pequeno almoço e jantares maravilhosos! Muita variedade, boa qualidade e sempre coisas frescas. É sem dúvida o ponto mais alto do hotel. Aos jantares o chef Português Manuel Pinto faz toda a diferença na qualidade dos pratos e na atenção que dá a todos os hóspedes em cada mesa; - Staff: muito atenciosos, educados, de sorriso no rosto e prestáveis; - Localização: super bem localizado e a cerca de 200/300 metros da praia, de minimercados, pubs, lojas, restaurantes, etc; - Estacionamento: gratuito dentro do hotel e seguro; - Ginásio/spa: bem cuidados, com bastante material e com qualidade; - Piscina exterior: com boa área, com espreguiçadeiras mas fechava muito cedo. Para mim o único ponto negativo do hotel. Faz imenso calor e não faz sentido as 19h já estar fechada…Sem dúvida que recomendo, óptimo hotel!

We have just returned from an amazing 10 night stay at the hotel. There are some many positives to mention... the great location close to the beaches, cafe bars and restaurants, the modern rooms with mini kitchenette, the two fantastic pool areas, the culinary delights on offer in the restaurant (varied and plentiful), and the cleanliness of the room (the cleaner attended to the room everyday during our stay) and all communal areas.And last but not least, the wonderful staff who create such a special atmosphere and are a true credit to the establishment. The staff really do make the place, from the cleaners to the general manager, customer satisfaction is paramount.Special mentions go to Ricardo, Ana, Toni and the children's entertainers (Vicky, Pablo, Dana, Maria and Ade) who work hard to create a truly memorable experience for all of the family. The foam parties and sangria were a particular highlight! The evening entertainment was also excellent with something on offer to suit all tastes.We have already booked a return visit for next year! We've just got back from an amazing 10 days at this hotel. Me and my Wife got married on the island of Mallorca and chose to stay here along with 30 of our wedding guests and the experience was amazing. The staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond. I'd like to give a special mention to the manager Ricardo who decorated the room for us when we arrived back the next day from our wedding. I'm already looking to holiday here again next year as are other member of mine and my wife's family. Thank You for making our holiday so special

We had a really nice 7 days in hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and rooms are really clean. The food was buffet style and was really nice and fresh. Our daughter was enjoying the kids pool and kids club activities. The hotel isn't far from nice beaches and other activities. Overall i would recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Had an unbelievable stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is perfect, although didn’t venture out so much as the hotel has a lot going on. Went half board and the food was great with good variation. The kids pool with slides is brilliant, my 4 year old was loving it. There is also a main pool which was good for a swim and not too overcrowded. But the best part of the trip for me was the entertainment. They work really hard at keeping everyone happy. All day they do kids and adults games. Then at night they are back at it to entertain the kids with a mini disco, while me and the wife have a chill out with a beer. So I’d like to give a massive shout out to the entertainment team…Pablo, Vicky, Maria, Ade and Dana who never stop smiling, thanks guys. Although all the staff at the hotel really are great, I’m going to give a special mention to Toni who works so hard behind the bar and makes a cracking cocktail. We will definitely be coming back soon

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. Every part of our stay was amazing. The most friendly, helpful staff who were always happy to help. Ricardo and Oscar are beautiful people who were genuinely happy to go above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The spa facilities are fantastic too. The hotel manager Jose was very nice and always present and friendly. We have stayed there before and we will stay again. I was sad to leave

Stayed here in August 22 with my wife and twins aged 11. What a great stay we had. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the pool area was well maintained. We stayed b and b and the breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Special mention has to be made for Ricardo, who went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Hey Ricardo, I hope your dog hasn't eaten any more of your pillows 😂. The location of the hotel is also excellent, very close to the beach and the walking strip with loads of shops, bars, restaurants close by. I would have no hesitation coming back to palmanova and choosing this hotel. See you next year

Experiencia maravillosa! Desde el momento del check in, el trato, la amabilidad y el buen ambiente se hizo presente. El director del hotel es un 10, dándolo todo por mantener el nombre en alto de su hotel. Los recepcionistas, la sra de la limpieza, los camareros de los restaurantes, el Sr Antonio de la piscina infantil, los rescatistas, los bartenders, los chicos de entretenimiento, todos absolutamente todos se merecen todos los elogios habidos y por haber, no hay ni un comentario negativo. La comida maravillosa, las habitaciones impecables, las camas cómodas, el ambiente nocturno agradable. La verdad es un hotel para ir a pasar unos días maravillosos y olvidarse de la rutina. Repetiré cada vez que pueda

Espectacular hotel para ir en familia. Los sábados hacen una fiesta de la espuma súper divertida donde los más peques se lo pasan genial. La animaciónestupenda, y en general, todo el personal un 10. Sin duda, volveremos!!

El desayuno y cena es perfecto, lo único que hacen que en la cena te tengas que pagar tu la bebida, pero vamos, eso lo hacen en todos lados. La piscina estaba muy bien, y con buenas butacas para tumbarse y tomar el sol. En tanto el gym, si quieres hacer algo de ejercicio es muy deficiente, le falta material y alguna polea la tenían rota. En tema del spa no puedo opinar ya que no lo probé. Las habitación está bastante bien, siempre limpia. Lo mejor el trato del personal, siempre muy agradables y si les preguntabas algo te ayudan en todo. Si volviera ha esa zona de Mallorca sin duda repetirá al hospedarme.

Super clean common areas, pool and rooms. We had a modern 1 bedroom apartment with pool view which was in excellent condition with balcony and nice cool AC. Location is brilliant with 2 supermarkets very close by and a wide array of restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choices to suit everyone young and old. Good choice of drinks at the bar. Staff are very welcoming and kind to children. Would recommend for family stay

Hemos pasado un finde increíble en este hotel y que podemos decir, solo cosas buenas. Increíble el equipo del comedor amables, super atentos, simpáticos. Y en la piscina de niños no podéis dejar de conocer a Antonio, un señor increíble, amable, que siempre tiene una sonrisa y puede con todo. Y por último hemos quedado enamorados del equipo de animadores y especialmente de Álex que se ha portado genial con nostros y con todos los peques. Ha sido un finde INCREÍBLE! GRACIAS

The rooms were very good, it is worth paying a little extra for a room with a pool view.The mattress on the bed was excellent & I would have a room with a bath as well as a shower but each to their own. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble & the staff were very friendly. As regards the location, from a personal point of view, the hotel was nearer to Magaluf then I liked ( but that as I said was a personal point of view ) Everything else about the location was very good. The only downside about the hotel was that they only supplied tea, coffee & milk in the rooms for the first day ( but not for the rest of our stay ), which would have been nice.

Habitaciones muy buenos con buen servicio de limpieza. El spa no ha llegado a nuestra expectativa. El baño turco averiado y jacuzzi tenía agua algo más de la temperatura natural y sin burbujas. El frigorífico de la habitación iba congelando todo, pero le han substituido en seguida. Gimnasio limitado tenía dos máquinas averiados.En general, buen ubicado empleados amables y las vacaciones bien pasados.

Un muy buen hotel, la estancia fue magnífica. A pesar de situarse a 20min del centro, pero el servicio y las habitaciones son espectaculares. Cogimos una habitación apartamento con vistas a la piscina. La habitación tenía dos baños y con cocina equipada. Dos terrazas con buenas vistas a la piscina. Muy recomendado.
