“This hotel was definitely a choice I regretted. I will say, the one good thing about the hotel was the staff. Every one at the front desk that I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful.
That’s about where the good stuff ends. This hotel needs a ton of work. Everything in it was extremely run down and in disrepair. The hallway carpets were very stained and disgusting.
The neighborhood is not great. I wouldn’t say I felt any feelings of being safe and comfortable.
Don’t even waste your time on the restaurant. Service was pretty awful, he seemed like he was annoyed I wanted to order dinner and took forever to run my card- which he then said didn’t work and I had to charge it to my room. He said the cards don’t work 90% of the time there. Which could be interesting if one DIDNT want to charge it to their room.
The room was pretty bad. Chips, cracks and stains on almost everything. The air conditioner/air exchange was incredibly loud and often woke me up.”

“This place was pretty good. They had amazing coffee in the lobby and the people checking us in or really nice and helpful. Couple things didn't work though, such as the ice machines on every floor, so that was a little bit inconvenient, but they still were able to accommodate on a different floor. The rooms are a little bit small but they're still clean and the beds and comforters and pillows or comfy. Definitely older rooms that they're trying to remodel. Things like popcorn ceilings and over textured walls. Definitely date the place but it was nice and clean and comfy which is all we asked for them. The pool area is amazing as well as the sitting area outside. The only downside is that the hot tub is a tiny bit small and they don't allow you to bring food in any of the common areas. The area item seems a little ghetto though... Sirens throughout the day and night. But security makes rounds and I felt safe.”
