“My wife and I celebrated our marriage anniversary here and had an excellent experience. Incredible hospitality! Service was consistently friendly with every employee we interacted with. The cuisine was excellent. We did the dim sum lunch and then dinner at their Knolls restaurant, and both were delicious. Our room was fantastic. I appreciate their modern approach of implementing WhatsApp and WeChat options to request service. One of the best parts was how accommodating they were with our dog. Upon arrival, we received a dog bed, dog bowl, and toy.”
