“Very tired overpriced hotel. Decor is grubby. Desk staff helpful to a point. Did not go beyond the minimum. Very hard to recommend. Would stay again only with a super special deal. We had breakfast included but it was like going into a very busy shopping mall cafateria. Very basic.”

“Hotel maravilhoso, super bem localizado, a 100mts do metrô e das principais linhas de ônibus. O ônibus hop on hop off para em frente praticamente do hotel o que facilita muito o turismo na cidade. Café da manhã excelente e o melhor todos os dias recebíamos bombons Lindt no quarto. Um mimo sem fim. Recomendo de olhos fechados o hotel!”

Os recepcionistas não primam pela simpatia. Fizemos a reserva pelo Booking para 2 adultos e uma criança e atribuíram-nos um quarto sem lugar para a criança, quando solicitamos a cama extra foram desadequados e só o fizeram depois da camareira responsável teimar (o sofá cama estava roto)... Os funcionários de limpeza são muito simpáticos e preocupados com os hóspedes ao contrário do restante staff. O quarto que nos foi atribuído é fraco ao nível do isolamento de ruído e o bidé não tem água fria. Só ficamos a segunda noite porque não arranjamos alternativa. A localização é muito boa.

Un hotel muy tranquilo y bien preparado para eventos de trabajo. Dispone de un buen gimnasio, útil para estancias de varios días. Desconozco el precio de las habitaciones y desayuno.

Great location between 2 metro stops (Aguelles and Rodriguez). Check in and check out all smooth and staff speaking English was not a problem (but please, go learn a few words...it's only respectful!). They had a pool but the day we decided to check it out it was closed (Sunday). We didn't have the breakfasts as they are plenty of places you go to from a morning meal (Starbucks is 2 mins down the road). Rooms were comfy and clean. We recommend it.

Great !! At the front desk there is a guy named Francisco who is very kind and gentle. He makes you feel wonderful. At the hotel restaurant this wonderful waiter named Reda is also magnificent. I recommend this hotel !! Very nice place.

Es un restaurante con menú de 16.90 euros de buena calidad los 7 días de la semana para comensales que se contéstenme con raciones sobrias. El servicio de camareros es muy atento y servicial. La terraza cubierta muy agradable.

Lo único bueno la ubicación La habitación era horrible. Sucia, mal cuidada, la tercera cama eran muelles. Poco limpia. La climatización funciona mal. La atención de personal una pena: le fui a comentar a la recepción el estado de la habitación y ni me contestó ni me dijo nada. Me envió con un botones a la 704 y era la misma mierd… 40 minutos de checking para 4 habitaciones

La habitación genial, limpia. Buena iluminación. el baño inmejorable, muy buena presión de agua. La pequeña parte negativa, las vistas desde la habitación y para nuestro gusto un poco de calor. El servicio muy atento y correcto. la ubicació ideal, delante del hotel muchos autobuses, el bus turístico y metro. Cercano a pie a Moncloa y Plaza España. Hemos acertado al escogerlo.

Hotel bien situado en el barrio de Arguelles, junto al Corte Inglés de Princesa. Tiene metro a menos de 1 minuto (líneas 3, 4 y 6) y varias paradas de taxi. Por el perfil de cliente, da la impresión de estar dirigido principalmente al viajero de negocios extranjero.Las habitaciones son amplias y se agradece la doble puerta de separación, lo que proporciona un mayor aislamiento acústico de los ruidos del pasillo y ascensor.No obstante, y aunque está bien conservada, la decoración y el mobiliario tiene ya unos años.Hasta aquí, lo bueno. Lo malo, y por lo que le pongo 3 estrellas, fue el proceso de entrada y el desayuno. En cuanto a lo primero, me molesta especialmente la costumbre que han adquirido los hoteles de hacerte un tercer grado para sacarte datos que a saber qué hacen luego con ellos. Información absolutamente irrelevante para la estancia que te obligan a dar. Por no hablar de la consabida “tarjeta de crédito para garantía” cuando la estancia está ya pagada. Es una forma muy poco cortés de acoger a un cliente.En cuanto al desayuno, es variado pero de baja calidad. La sala es funcional y funciona más como un comedero que como un sitio acogedor.

A great location and excellent service are clear winners for the hotel. Dining areas, lobby, and the cafe and bar on-site are lovely. The room got points for being huge... But it was dated and damaged — large cracks in the walls, a tiny TV, damaged furniture, etc. — but a great hairdryer and shower. I liked it. I'd stay again, especially if the rooms are refurbished (I'll note that some floors appeared to be much more modern, so perhaps it is ongoing).

Everything was wonderful. Location and rooms. The bartender in the lobby was friendly his name was JOHN ANTONIO. But to my demise something happened with a blonde lady wearing eyeglass she's in the first floor in charge with the checking of guests for the hotel. I ate so little for the buffet and i couldn't managed to eat the raw unpeeled apple. When she saw going out with that with the tiny yogurt for my dessert she told me that it wasn't allowed to take out food. I blushed and embarrassed because i thought i was taking a sack of apples and yogurt in my luggage but it wasn't the case. The breakfast was paid for wasn't it? Anyhow, she just ruined my stay. Happened today, that was around 830 am. So pls check the name of that lady who's in that shift 5'2 ft slim and European. First time i was told of like that! I didn't see any policy though. Next time maybe they should inform everyone about their bloody breakfast policy!

Nice hotel, well located. 10 minute walk from Plaza de España. The double rooms Are a bit dated, we upgraded to the suite and it was a really nice room, brand new and modern. It was around a €6 taxi ride to plaza mayor, plenty of nice restaurants around the hotel.

Hotel de 4 estrellas en el que me tuve que duchar en agua fría. El agua caliente llegaba sin caudal, apenas un hilo de agua caliente y además sólo llegaba de forma intermitente.Es la segunda vez que estaba en el hotel y la primera vez que me ha pasado pero no me parece asumible en un hotel de estas características. Sobre todo porque no he tenido solución.

Había leído alguna reseña mala acerca del hotel y tengo que decir que nosotros hemos estado encantados. Ubicación excelente; habitación y baño enorme y muy limpio. Camas muy grandes y cómodisimas ; así como las almohadas. Temperatura perfecta; también dejan un calentador de agua con café que es un detalle. El personal muy amable.

Falta de limpeza nos quartos, com lençóis sujos. Apesar do esforço em remodelar os quartos, a limpeza e obras do quarto meio acabadas foram fatores negativos, alem da vista pessima para as traseiras de um prédio,mas esse ultimo aspecto talvez se devesse ao facto de pretendemos um quarto com 3 camas, não sei.

Very comfortable and accommodating hotel and the employees. With the pandemic they do breakfasts and other dining options in the room, very courteous, humble staff, front desk , house keeping and room service teAm. Hotel is located right near by the downtown and is in a peaceful spot. I am glad to be staying here.
