Microwaves cost $11.50 per night!!! You pay for your room PLUS $100 deposit. Room phones don't work. Small TV on wall. Amenities are not as expected. Seems another, but really isn't. Grab bag breakfast. Bus center and everything closed up. So many bad til you only recognize just slept good.

Had a small issue in the room with the toilet. Told Rosa and Emily at the front best and the put us in a better room. Thanks to both of you. You are both great and with that we will be back again

The room definitely had an odor to it, and was pretty beat up. Yet the ownership has the audacity to charge a 100 deposit at time of check in! I reserved online, and this place looks nothing like it was advertised to be. The nerve of them! Unfortunately, I had to stay in this shanty of a motel for 1 night. This motel definitely should not be carrying the Wyndham brand OR the Days Inn title because it is a disgrace to both.

Holy cow where do we start? Check in took forever. The line was insane and for a $150+/night room last minute booking online I guess I'm not surprised. When entering the room there is a horrible smell. I then saw a cockroach running on the night stand. Jail behind the hotel is a nice bonus? No food walking distance to anything special and the beds are very uncomfortable. We haven't even used the bathroom.

I called late at night with a lot of random questions about the property. Lisa could not have been more patient, kind and professional. Good workers these days are extremely hard to find. Hold onto her. The rooms are clean. We are on a quiet floor. No noise or any complaints. Would come back. Thank you again, Lisa.

The staff is friendly and it is a nice cheap option if in town to visit the parks. Definitely had an odor when we walked in. We turned right around and headed to home depot for sanitizer and various cleaning supplies. The carpets needs to be deep cleaned (do not walk on barefoot). I live and work in the area, let me know if you are hiring for janitor/house keeping/maintenance personnel. All issues are fixable. Other then the cleanliness and odors and bugs i really enjoyed my stay. Seal all entrance points for bugs and the issue will go away with regular cleaning and monthly deep cleaning.

If I could give no stars I would. Roaches and mold. My first stay I was put in a room to where the bathroom light did not work (which means they really don’t inspect the rooms as they should between guest). I also didn’t have any wash clothes, only face towels and a towel. Their lobby is closed off, and it’s weird that all the other hotels offer breakfast, but they do not. I’m definitely not staying here again.

Booked online on last night of my vacation, said nothing at all of the 100 dollars requirement for a room deposit. Went to room to discover a bad order in room. Ran the air during the night to discover the carpet was wet in the morning. Everything in room was dirty. Used restroom and toilet paper roll fell of the holder. When I got up in the morning I saw a roach walking behind the toilet. Run don't walk away from this place. Surroundings are scary as well. Right by a prison so every noise scares you. Fire alarm went off and nothing was done and the alarm just ended. Should have read the reviews first. All negative reviews are on the money

The women at the front desk during the day are incredibly rude and unfriendly. Everytime I went down there to ask a question I was greeted with the worst attitude possible. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the woman at the desk at night/early morning is wonderful, incredibly nice and tries her best to help in anyway possible. My room was also never cleaned or even had the trash emptied. There were roaches and the day staff was just horrible. Again whoever that wonderful woman at the desk during the late night/early morning is, she deserves a raise or some kind of promotion she's the best thing this place has.
