“Perfect hotel with great location right by Aldgate station. Great staff, in particular Tudor who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and was beyond welcoming. I have stayed in some of the top hotels in the country and have never had such good service thanks to Tudor. Similarly, I spoke to Jay before my stay over the phone to rearrange the dates of my trip due to rail strikes. He was very helpful and was quick in assisting me. Thank you Jay and Tudor! I will return x”

“Just back from this hotel! Had a very positive experience, staff were very friendly and accommodating, helped me print my concert tickets as I’d forgot to do so before hand. The room was very clean, and towels changed daily, also had a fridge in the room which came in handy for water and other drinks.
The hotel itself was next door to tube station and 5-10 min walk to tower bridge and Tower of London.
Highly recommend!”
