“I recently stayed here with my partner to celebrate my birthday. We had a very smooth check in and the cookies were very much appreciated! We had a party in the abbey suite Saturday night which was fantastic! The events staff in the evening were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We used the spa facilities the following day which was very relaxing and the perfect way to end a great weekend. Thank you to everyone at the DoubleTree Chester.”

“Was here for a wedding and in itself it's a lovely venue. Stayed in a nice modern room. Breakfast is good with plenty on offer. The downside is that staff need more training.. When we ordered a whisky we got a gin and when we ordered a raspberry gin we got a raspberry vodka.. Prices were high too!”
