Pegamos o quarto com jacuzzi e foi incrível. O serviço foi ótimo, o buffet aberto foi bom, o restaurante na cobertura foi ótimo com vista panorâmica e boa comida. A equipe também foi amigável e eles tinham alguns presentes organizados para nós.

We took the room with jaccuzi and it was amazing. The service was great, the open buffet was nice, the rooftop restaurant was great with panoramic view and good food. The staff were also friendly and they had couple of gifts organized for us.

Tem uma bela vista, mas como você pode ver na foto, alguns quartos são irritantes! Como a janela do próximo quarto está na sua frente ou ao seu lado, se você não fechar tudo, eles verão todo o seu quarto em detalhes.Não inclui café da manhã! Talvez nossa reserva seja assim, por 5 partidas o hotel não inclui o café da manhã para mim não é aceitável Eles nos cobraram também estacionamento para cada dia Cama e travesseiros não são os melhores O serviço de quarto é muito lento, demorou mais de 2 horas para conseguir uma cama para o bebêA única coisa boa é que é limpo com bela vista, mas acredito que esta seja a última vez para mim 😅

No geral, tive uma experiência de estadia satisfatória. Tem algumas pequenas deficiências. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e meticulosos. A segurança é boa. É muito agradável se você escolher um quarto com vista. Seus restaurantes são mais caros que os lugares alternativos de sua classe, mas é delicioso e a vista do capô é linda. Os ingredientes usados no café da manhã não são bons.

It has nice view but as you may see from the pic some rooms view are annoying! Since next room window is in-front of you or next to you so if you did not close everything they will see all your room in details. No Breakfast included! Maybe our reservation is like this, for 5 starts hotel not to include the Breakfast for me not acceptable They charged us also for Car parking for each day Bed and pillows are not the best Room service is very slow it took them more than 2 hours to get a bed for the baby The only good thing is that it is clean with nice view but I believe this is the last time for me 😅

Se Hospedaram neste hotel por um fim de semana. É muito limpo, a equipe é muito simpática e há serviço de quarto 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, que é excelente. Deixei acidentalmente mais de € 100 na sala Save e o meu amigo conseguiu ir buscá-lo sem problemas. Equipe super honesta. Claramente 5 estrelas!

Nós ficamos cerca de 3 meses atrás. Não estávamos satisfeitos com quase qualquer serviço. O serviço deste hotel é tão mau como um hotel de 3 estrelas. Quando apresentamos nossas reclamações, elas conectavam tudo à pandemia, mas, por algum motivo, não há pandemia quando se trata de obter dinheiro. Definitivamente não escolhem, oferecem um serviço extremamente antiprofissional e não oferecem nada que agrade ao cliente em relação a reclamações, estão tentando cobrir suas falhas usando muito bem a pandemia. Se você quer pagar muito dinheiro e obter um serviço 2 3 estrelas, essa escolha é sua. Eu poderia escrever páginas sobre minhas reclamações e insatisfação com este hotel, mas não há necessidade. Agora, como nos outros comentários, eles copiarão e colarão de um texto padrão e o escreverão como um comentário sem vergonha. Eu nem acho que eles leram os comentários, eles colocaram a frase diretamente.

Algumas pessoas são simplesmente difíceis de agradar. Minha estadia aqui foi excelente e fantástica! A equipe e os servidores aqui vão além para garantir que sua estadia aqui seja excelente. Eu também só falo inglês e não tem sido um problema aqui. 100% recomendo ficar neste hotel. A comida é excelente e os quartos são simplesmente perfeitos em minha opinião. A senhora que leva os pedidos de serviço de quarto também está acima e além de certificar-se de que sua comida é boa e eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este lugar. É um estabelecimento de primeira qualidade!

The accommodation is good in terms of location, but unfortunately the room service is very slow than before. It may be a lack of labor. You must call the service until the room is cleaned. I lived previously. The service was excellent, but now the service is slow.

Some people are just hard to please. My stay here has been excellent and fantastic! The staff and servers here go above and beyond to make sure your stay here is great. I also only speak English and its not been a problem here at all. 100% reccomend staying at this hotel. The food is great and the rooms are just perfect in my opinion. The lady who takes the room service orders is also above and beyond making sure your food is good and I can't say enough about this place. Its a top notch establishment!

Em primeiro lugar, foi o pior hotel com cama que já fiquei na minha vida. Além da cama muito desconfortável, é impossível dormir por causa do rangido da cama. Se alguém se virar da direita para a esquerda, você acorda imediatamente. A única vantagem é que está em uma localização muito central. Além disso, a taxa de estacionamento foi solicitada, embora eles colocaram o nosso carro na frente do hotel. Eu gostaria que houvesse uma escova de dentes no quarto por esse preço! Eu queria comer no serviço noturno, nem um pedaço de pão foi dado ao prato de carne, o frango que eu queria não tinha nenhum apelo, nem mesmo pão foi dado com ele. Um hotel que definitivamente não cumpre o valor dado só é dado em nome do hotel. Apenas o local e os biscoitos servidos na entrada do hotel eram agradáveis. Depois, mudamos de hotel e fomos para o avô de Bostanci, definitivamente era muito melhor.

Horrible is the best words I can use to describe this dump politely. Franchise property- so they do not care about guest satisfaction despite everything you read and hear from the hotel. Highly overpriced. Do not believe a word of anything they tell you. 1. The staff at this hotel are all the rejects that other hotels do not want to hire or they came from a 1 star or less. This hotel can be summed up as a 2 star property. 2. This property is NOT safe in respect to your physical safety. You are not safe at this hotel. Again, this hotel is not safe. 3. There is NO executive lounge despite anything they tell you or offer you. It is one way to lure you to stay there but once you are there they will offer you a voucher for happy hour which you are unable to use. Note it is a scam. 4. Breakfast is completely and utterly disgusting. Service is non-existent, the food is rotten and choices are completely limited. Best to stay away from this hotel. 5. Rooms stink and bathrooms are not clean. 6. Towels are stinky- not washed and dried properly. 7. Hotel staff at Front Desk are completely ignorant and lack the ability and capacity to resolve any issues. Once they swipe your credit card - you do not exist. Forget about any resolution on any problems. Diamond members - do not stay here. 8. Highly overpriced and there is no value for your money. This property is operating under the Hilton name but is NOT required to follow any Hilton protocols in respect to quality or service as long as they pay their franchise fees to Hilton. 9. Restaurant staff openly ask you for tips. Their restaurant staff comprises of students from hospitality schools who to the most part are on their cell phones so getting anything related to Food and Beverage is non-existent. 10. Concierge is out for himself. Be careful because concierge will give you information that only benefits the pockets of the concierge. 11. The hotel is located in a very bad area full of drunks and beggars that hang around outside the property so when you exit they are there to ask you for money. There is dog feces around the property so careful when you walk outside. 12. Taxi do not come to this hotel because it is out of the way but concierge is very eager to book you a very overpriced car. 13. No deadbolts and doors do not lock properly so there is a potential of anyone walking into your room. Getting another key made at the front desk takes forever. 14. They do not pay the staff well so expect the staff to look to you for their extra income. 15. Unfriendly and highly ill-mannered front desk and security staff. You are far better off staying at another hotel rather than even start contemplating on staying at this horrid property. Do not be fooled by pictures and words. The duty manager will lie to you. Picture is posted in the images. Never trust anything they tell you. Duty manager is a complete liar.

4 days i have stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed. The place was very close to the pier if you want to cross to European side, walking distance to the pubs, restaurants and shopping. Employees working at the reception and breakfast restaurant were very kind and helpful. Room had a great viev of sea. I will definitely stay in there again when i visit to Istanbul.

Hotel staff was always positive and solution oriented. It was quiet, even when you open the windows. Headboard had bleach stain and carpet had "drop marks" on two places. I didn't even ask what those was. Towels were old and thin, etc. My guess is that they had to cut costs, bit-by-bit, every year. After all those years, they seem to add up. I mean, instead of renewing the old mattresses, they put mattress toppers. (and they are one-size smaller) The Hood is ran by people who had no idea how to deal with customers' requests and/or how to wait at a restaurant. They are inexperienced and it shows. After realizing that they can't meet our expectations, (5 minutes after we arrive) before even ordering anything we left. They had the audacity to bill my room for a glass of water I drank. Reception reversed that charge during checkout, so kudos to the hotel staff for that.

Personal muy amable, muy comuicativos y encantados de ayudarme con todo durante mi estancia en Estambul. La habitacion era grande, con una cama king sice, y vistas al mar y a la ciudad, las habitaciones estan bien insonorizadas, hotel muy recomendable. Está ubicado en la parte asiática, teniendo los ferrys a 5 minutos del hotel para llegar a la parte europea de forma rápida. Es una zona llena de restaurantes y comercios y tiene un bonito parque en las inmediaciones bordeando la costa.

Como siempre una de las mejores opciones de Estambul para hospedarse, si bien resulta un poco caro. Resaltar la amabilidad y corrección de todo el personal de este magnífico hotel. Pero vallamos a los datos. Las habitaciónes son de una dimensión aceptable y la mayoría de ellas con vistas al Bósforo. El cuarto de baño es pequeño, pero en muchos casos con una persiana que permite ver el Bósforo y las mezquitas de la parte Europea, mientras uno se ducha. La cama no es que sea muy cómoda aunque si aceptablemente acogedora. El televisor al estar en un ángulo de la cama, no esta bien ubicado para visionario. El gimnasio y la zona de SPA SON magníficos, cuenta con todo lo que uno puede desear, piscina interna, jacuzzi, sauna, baño turco, cabina de hielo, zona de masaje, en fin de todo lo que puedes necesitar para relajar mente y espíritu. El desayuno es espectacular, es muy extraño que alguien eche en falta algo. Lo único que no está al nivel de calidad del resto, son los restaurantes,tanto el de la planta baja, como el del ático, llamado 360°, aunque este último tiene unas vistas magníficas,que en la medida de lo posible,palían la penosa relación calidad precio, de los productos que en el se sirven. Ideal para irccon la pareja, muy romántico.
