Booked through trinity reservations. Furniture in room and hotel are a little run down. Free happy hour was one basic beverage and basic snacks. For the cost I expected more. Highlight was breakfast. Made to order omelets and great quality of anything you would want plus ice coffee. I would return. Transportation for the package was amazing to and from cruise terminal.

Overbooked and left us without a room! I booked a room months in advance. We drove 3 hours to stay the day before our cruise in October. Upon checking in they tell me that they overbooked and do not have a room for me and my family. The front desk person lied and said they sent notice, which they did not! She said they emailed me the day before. I checked all emails, even spam, no email. Also my reservation still showed active on my app. Which further tells me no notice was sent. She had the nerve to then say it takes 24 hours for it to show up online. More lies! The front desk person did not offer any type of help or even an apology, just “we have no rooms available and you need to go elsewhere”. I picked this hotel because of the great reviews although it was more expensive. I was floored by the the lack of care and professionalism. I was then stuck trying to find a last minute room elsewhere! All the surrounding hotels were also all full and said that Embassy Suites overbooks often. Thankfully we were able to find a room a few minutes away but the whole situation was so stressful and at no fault of my own! This was absolutely unacceptable! I travel often and have never ever had anything like this happen to me! Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else more reliable.

Clean modern rooms. Front desk was professional and polite. They thanked me for my Embassy status and found another room for me because mine wasn't ready yet. The restaurant in the hotel was very very good. Danni our waitress was incredible. Parking was a bit crazy though.

Our family was on a road trip to New York and decided to spent the night in Newark. It would be a shorter drive to our destination. This was the first time our kids got to stay so close to the airport. They definitely enjoyed seeing the planes land and fly off. The staff were very kind and professional. The rooms were clean, which is a big importance to me. They got me rooms that were close to each other. We enjoyed our stay very much and be returning if we are ever in the area again.

The bed has always been super comfy. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we were greeted with a smile. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. This hotel has a pool, restaurant, bar, and is pet friendly. They are across the street from a huge mall with all all the stores 🙌🏾✨
