“Enthusiastic staff, very attentive, excellent food -so tasty! We loved it. To top it off, they had a surprise birthday cake and celebration for my wife with all the staff coming out singing and playing instruments. It was over the top outstanding! Thank you so much - it made the day! So memorable!!!”

“The grounds are beautiful, even though there are remnants from the hurricane. The staff is friendly. The beaches and pools are clean. The food is great. Two things I'm not a fan of, however, is the restaurants. Some are adults only, and the good ones aren't included in the packages. I got the LEVEL package which includes many extra goodies(top-shelf liquor, anyone?) But not the steak and lobster nor the hibachi. Otherwise, it's a wonderful spot, not only for adults, but for kids as well. The other is that staff, for some reason, once a day, the come around, knock on my doors and if we don't open, they open it and ask if anything is needed... certainly not a fan of this practice.”
