I had a great experience at the resort the rooms were nice and the staff were too. I like the resort but one thing I hated was an awful smell outside my room, it was gross I couldn’t even go on the balcony. They were painting early in the morning like 5am and the smell of paint was overpowering. It’s nice here at the resorts but for me with the smells it was disappointing since I couldn’tgo outside in the balcony.

Fiquei em um estúdio com varanda à beira-mar. O quarto era muito limpo e bastante grande - completo com uma cozinha e um divisor para o espaço de estar e dormir. Muito espaço de armazenamento, utensílios de cozinha, uma bicama, ferro e uma excelente vista completaram o pacote. A equipe de serviço foi excelente na minha experiência. Há eventos diários para participar e uma variedade de comodidades. A praia e as vistas são muito boas, sem algas mortas que apareceram durante a minha estadia. A localização é excelente com um pequeno supermercado/loja de conveniência e um piano bar em frente. Apenas tome cuidado com os poucos buracos na estrada que leva ao resort. 95% of the staff is great.Beautiful location. Nice property.Wifi limited. Needs work. Location is very secluded.Food is descent, many safe choices. Took a while for room to get cleaned which was a little disappointing.Overall of I could het wifi so I can work I believe I would give a higher rating.

I stayed in a studio with a seaside balcony. The room was very clean and quite large- complete with a kitchen and a divider for the living and sleeping space. Plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, a pullout bed, iron, and a great view completed the package. Service staff was excellent in my experience. There are daily events to take part in and a wealth of amenities. The beach and views are very good with no dead seaweed having washed up during my stay. The location is great with a nice little grocery/convenience store and a piano bar across the street. Just be cautious of the few potholes on the road leading to the resort. A side note: be wary of sales pitches- do your research beforehand. There are whole websites that discuss these timeshares. If in your research you find the program is for you, consider purchasing them aftermarket for a significant discount. Sales people will have an answer for everything, and it can be a bit pushy. Be cool, calm, collected, and firm in your responses. They may repeatedly call your room to get you to attend the sales meetings. Conclusion: great stay and location, but be wary of sales.

Loved it -.. beautiful property w everything u need on site. Safe neighborhood that you can walk all around at night w restaurants and bars... Amazing view from my garden view room. I will stay here again.

Knowing Covid is an issue having the unit cleaned mid week really would have been appreciated. Also we have never had to ask for so many things to be fixed, it didn’t seem like the room was ready for us. However, requests were quickly responded to.

O hotel em si era muito bom. Pequeno hotel, mas os quartos eram bonitos e espaçosos. Praia era pequena, mas agradável. Esperamos por 30 minutos por um pedido de batatas fritas ... apenas para dizer que vamos buscá-las nós mesmos. O bar da praia no resort ao lado tem ofertas muito melhores de comida e bebida. Mas no geral definitivamente voltaria ao Flamingo.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. Small hotel but rooms were beautiful and spacious. Beach was small but nice. However, they need to do a better job spraying the area for insects. We had no food in the room but saw ants towards the end of the trip. What I hated the most was the pushy people trying to convince you to buy a timeshare. When initially asked, I said no thanks. Then I was asked again, I said no thanks. Then they even went as far to call me and say they'd give me a free excursion if I listen to their timeshare speech. I really didn't want to waste hours from my vacation but against my better judgement I decided to just listen..be warned, do not waste your time with it. This company is desperate and endlessly pushy for people to join their program..I looked it up and the reviews are terrible. And then they were obnoxious and insulting towards the end, like what do you mean you can't put down $26,000 today?! That's nothing! Please, give me a break. Due to the endless nagging, I would probably not choose not to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo. As many have said, the place is completely re-done post hurricane. The rooms are great, spacious, kitchen has all you’ll need, including dishwasher. Furniture is comfy, balcony a good size and great table for morning coffee and lounger for afternoon reading. The beach is amazing, and within a cove, so perfect for swimming. The one downside is the restaurant. Overpriced for what you get, the bartenders have to literally leave the bar to go get your food - the one bar is on the far end of the resort! We waited for 30 minutes for an order of fries…only to just say we’ll go get them ourselves. The beach bar at the resort next door has much better food and drink deals. But overall would definitely return to the Flamingo.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en St Maarten. Hotel tipo apart con departamentos totalmente equipados, cocina, microondas, heladera. Playa espectacular, agua cristalina especial para hacer snorkel sin salir del hotel, con servicio de playa completo.

Liked that is on the beach and its convenience. Hotels staff was plesant and accomodating. No maid service. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Didn't like the new upgrades to hotel's lobby as it took away from the original theme. It was bland and unoriginal.

Loved the view from my room and the location is great everything is a short drive away. And quiet at night. Check in time is late 4 pm room wa's not ready at 4:45 but the manager put us up in a great room with a great view. No other problems.

My husband and I shared a one bedroom ocean view suite for a week in August with another couple. Full kitchen was beautiful and had all the necessities except grilling tools. We were easily upgraded...
