Stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Lobby is very spacious, and their breakfast is top notch. Very close to downtown Hershey and the park. It's a solid option if you are spending some nights in Hershey.

The hotel room was nice and breakfast was good, but the customer service was terrible! We had a family emergency come up where we had to leave a day early. No refund or credit was given for the last night of our stay. The excuse given from the disrespectful woman at the front desk was that the maids were gone for the day and couldn't clean the room. We had to leave so the room wasn't going to be cleaned until the next day no matter what, but the hotel was not willing to compensate for anything...not even Hilton Honors credit. To top it all off, the pool and fitness center were closed due to construction and we were never notified when booking and there were no housekeeping services. Will definitely not be staying again!

When we first arrived we had requested room cleaning every day or at least change the towels in the room. Unfortunately I ended up going to the front everyday and exchange the towels for fresh ones. The walls are paper thin, one dY we had our neighbor next to us snoring so loudly that he woke us up at 5 AM. The breakfast was adequate it best but they can use much more variety to it. I initially had an internet problem because of windows 11 the front desk staff gave me the number for "tech" support which was actually the 888 number for reservations I ended up solving it myself since the staff was so knowledgeable.

Most of the room was decent. Shower was straight up gross. Pink mold in the middle of the shower head. Same pink mold on ceiling over tub. It's obvious by looking at the spot on the ceiling had been repaired several times but to no avail. Pool was also closed for maintenance during our visit but we knew that ahead of time when we booked. Location is awesome! They offer a hot/continental breakfast in the morning but we did not partake so I can't comment. Little in-house convenience store and they have a lot of items if you forget to pack them so that's handy.

Great if you want a low star hotel. The hot tub was drained and had caution tap around it, which we were never notified of. The pool was filled with suds. The ice machine was out of order. We requested an extra pillow, which was never brought to our room. The button on the tv remote did not work. The perks of this hotel is that it is directly next to The Hershey Pantry and across the street from a local brewery.

Room was large but an awkward layout that did not give you much use of the space. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better, mildew and previous guests hair throughout is not acceptable. And thin walls let the kid running and screaming in the adjacent rooms not allow for any rest.

Booked a room for my boyfriends birthday and not only did we get a free room upgrade, we walked in to this ultimate birthday surprise of chocolates, a card and balloons with free backpacks! They really outdid themselves. This establishment is super clean, friendly staff, really nice pool and hot tub and delicious continental breakfast plus it's right near Hershey Park and Troegs brewery! HIGHLY recommended!

- 1 star because suite was pretty dated and simple for the price. - 1 star because room across the hall had dogs barking non stop well into the night and staff did not address the issue. In Hershey, your choices are apparently limited, so this is probably a pretty decent value for the area.
