Very nice Hampton Inn.....friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and lobby, and good breakfast. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Saratoga Springs.

Eles me cobraram US $ 320 extras sem aviso prévio, alegando que é porque alguém deu o número do meu quarto para uma reclamação de ruído. Mesmo que disséssemos que não éramos nós e lhes enviássemos evidências em vídeo de outra pessoa gritando naquela noite. Me cobraron 320 dólares adicionales sin previo aviso, alegando que era porque alguien me dio el número de mi habitación por una queja por ruido. A pesar de que les dijimos que no éramos nosotros y les enviamos pruebas en video de alguien más gritando esa noche. El gerente nunca devolvió nuestras múltiples llamadas, pero volvimos a llamar y finalmente la obtuvimos, pero ella dijo que no nos reembolsarían. Con suerte, nuestro banco se hará cargo de este cargo de forma fraudulenta.

They charged me an extra $320 with no notice, claiming it’s because someone gave my room number for a noise complaint. Even though we told it wasn’t us and sent them them video evidence of someone else screaming from that night.Manager never returned our multiple calls, but we called again and finally got her but she said they will not refund us.Hopefully our bank will take care of this fraudulently charge.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. Friendly front desk the moment my Fiance and I walked in. Convenient covered parking and good breakfast. Location, location, location. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel with large clean rooms. Breakfast was awesome, plenty of room to sit and have your breakfast. Great location, great staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Ps loved the cookies.

Minha irmã e I se hospedaram no hotel no meio do caminho até Vermont e adorei, muito se hospedaram novamente na ida e volta. A localização é excelente, embora de frente para Lake Street possa ser um pouco barulhento com caminhões. O estacionamento é fácil, o pessoal é prestativo e amigável, o café da manhã é muito bom e, especialmente nos dias de hoje, tudo é muito limpo. A piscina é um destaque com duas raias longas para nadadores e uma seção mais ampla apenas para diversão / natação familiar. Tivemos uma varanda na primeira noite, o que foi bom para tomar ar fresco (bem como sair) e no caminho de volta, no quarto duplo queen regular, apreciamos a possibilidade de abrir a janela um pouco para o ar fresco.

Mi hermana y yo nos alojamos en el hotel de camino a Vermont y nos encantó tanto que nos quedamos de nuevo en el viaje de regreso. La ubicación es excelente, aunque frente a Lake Street puede ser un poco ruidoso con los camiones. El estacionamiento es fácil, el personal es servicial y amable, el desayuno es muy bueno y, lo que es especialmente importante estos días, todo está muy limpio. La piscina se destaca con dos carriles largos para nadadores de regazo y una sección más amplia para la diversión / natación familiar. Tuvimos un balcón la primera noche, lo cual fue agradable para tomar aire fresco (además de pasar el rato) y en el camino de regreso, en la habitación regular con dos camas queen, agradecí poder abrir la ventana un poco para tomar aire fresco.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel on our way up to Vermont and loved it so much stayed again on the return trip. The location is great, though facing Lake Street can be a little noisy with trucks. Parking is easy, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very nice, and especially important these days, everything is very clean. The pool is a stand out with two long lanes for lap swimmers and a wider section for just fun/family swimming. We had a balcony the first night which was nice for getting fresh air (as well as hanging out) and on the way back, in the regular two queen room, appreciated being able to open the window a little for fresh air.

Awesome, we'll located near city center and relatively inexpensive. Nice breakfast and coffee all day. Manager's reception on Wednesdays very nice.

Muito decente! Camas incríveis, café da manhã limpo e bom. Café bom!Ficou duas noites e foi super aconchegante. Os quartos têm micro-ondas e um frigorífico, o que é bom !!!! Apreciei mais no final. Recomendo e vou voltar novamente para viagens de negócios.

Pretty decent! Amazing beds, clean and good morning breakfast. Good coffee! Stayed two nights and was super cozy. Rooms have a microwave and a fridge, which is nice!!!! Enjoyed more towards the end. Highly recommend and will go back again for business trips.
