“When I arrived, practically no one was wearing a mask. The person behind the desk had it pulled down and she was talking to someone 2 feet away who didn't even have a mask near him. 2 other women stood nearby with no masks on at all waiting to speak to her as well. I was uncomfortable, but she offered to put me in a room not near anyone else, which was fine and appreciated. However, the following night, not only were there kids screaming and running around and slamming doors nearby until after 10 pm, but the woman at the front desk called our room at nearly 11 pm while we were sleeping to tell me a credit card had been declined and I needed to provide her a new one right then. After being awoken from sleep after an exceptionally long day when I had to be up at 6 am,and also waking up my 4 yea old. It was completely unnecessary and inappropriate and I can't understand why she thought calling my room at that time was appropriate.”
