Ótimo hotel, recomendo a todos. Possui uma estação de metrô bem na frente, o que facilita para ir a todos os lugares de NY. Atendimento muito bom e quartos espetaculares.

Hotel com excelente custo-benefício, próximo a duas estações de metrô. Café da manhã com preço justo e com bastante variedade. O diferencial do hotel, com certeza, é a equipe, todos extremamente gentis, solícitos e atenciosos. Destaque para os atendentes da noite Chris e Lisamarie que prestaram um atendimento muito além das nossas expectativas. O hotel é bem silencioso, limpo e confortável. O quarto é relativamente grande para os padrões de NY. Recomendo a todos que queiram economizar sem perder a qualidade.

Hotel perfeito para quem não liga em estar no meio das atrações de NY. Muito próximo de 2 estações de metrô, sendo que à 2 estações do Central Park, com quarto e banheiro limpos, novos e confortáveis, o que é luxo em NY. Atendimento super atencioso. Com certeza vale o custo-benefício!

If you’re trying to find a nice & clean hotel to stay at, look no more- this is your place. Shout-out to Shavon for taking care of us when we came to visit NY- she’s awesome. Room was clean & we didn’t have any issues with staying here. Beds were comfortable & the bathroom was in good condition. It’s close to the subway which is a plus. They have a 24 hour market open next to the hotel which is great if you’re in need of snacks or a quick pick-me-up. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Stayed for one weekday night while traveling for business, they upgraded me to the Presidential suite which occupies the entire top floor of the hotel, it was amazing. Two open air balconies with sitting areas, large living room with 1/2 bath, ample bedroom and bathroom. For reference, I stay in around 100 hotels a year both domestic and international.

Very good and clean hotel. Newer hotel, so everything is nice. Very close to the train, easy access into Manhattan.This is an airline hotel, so it gets full quickly. Photo is view from my room, it is not the hotel.

Very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and was willing to accommodate my any needs. They expressed their concerns if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable for me to ask . I will be staying there again for business purposes.

The staff is exceptional. Super friendly, they aim to please. If there is a situation, they jump right on it to correct it. This is definitely a memorable location to come back to over and over. You feel like home when you are here.

The rooms are ok, nothing really special, nothing that makes this hotel special in any way. The staff are nice, which is why I gave 2 starts instead of 1, but the hotel advertised as close to the airport (an hour away is not close) and they were supposed to have an airport shuttle, also not available... For the price of a room for one night, your better off going to a budget inn, the rooms will be equal in quality, at half the price.

DESASTRE!! Primera vez en mi vida que voy a un hotel y no limpian la habitación. Después de pedir que nos la limpiaran, lo único que han hecho es traernos 1 toalla para 4 personas! Ademas llegamos el primer día y habían bayetas de limpieza por el suelo. Increíble!! Ademas de esto, hemos reservado una habitación de 4 y nos han metido en una de 2 personas con un sofa cama que cuando lo abrimos no podemos abrir las maletas. Para colmo el sofa es muy incomodo, se notan los muelles del colchón y solo tiene una sabana!Muy defraudado con el Hilton.

Pedimos una habitación de 4 y nos dieron una de 2 con un sofá cama donde se pueden notar los muelles dentro del cuerpo. La limpieza de la habitación es PÉSIMA. No recomiendo este hotel bajo ningún concepto.

The staff here is super helpful and want to specifically call out the Chef Francisco.He is one of the best chef’s I’ve ever had at a Hilton Location. He makes great breakfast food and I would highly recommend. His pancakes are amazing, my pregnant wife was very happy with them and her extra strawberries.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. No street noise can be heard in the rooms and the bed was comfortable.Our room was a little oddly shaped but everything was nice and it didn't feel crowded.The only downside was it took a little time to figure out how to get there from the subway. Part of this is that I'm not familiar with NYC and Google maps is hard to use at times.Overall our stay was very pleasant.

This Hilton Garden Inn is amazing!Location is wonderful; literally a 2 min walk from the subway.There's a small shop nearby for early morning or late night munchies.AND it was extremely clean.Although our room was right by the elevator, my husband and I slept soundly through the night.I highly recommend!

Excelente atención, cómodas habitaciones y el hotel estaba a un par de cuadras de 2 estaciones de metro. El personal no habla español por lo que debes comunicarte únicamente en inglés.

My name is AmandaI stayed in room 902. We were really enjoying our stay in nyc as we came here for my daughters graduation. Things were great, the rooms were decent. Hotel was clean. But then while eating breakfast three staff members that were handling breakfast around 945 am sat morning starting arguing about the work schedule. An older man who seems to be a manager was the one who was speaking loud and slightly aggressive towards the other two which was a man and a woman. He kept telling them figure it out so that he could create the schedule for what I assume to be next week. I was 3 feet from them trying to enjoy my morning. This was very unprofessional and likely will prevent me from returning. They looked at me several times and ignored how completely inappropriate this was in front of a paying guest. For the price we paid I expect much more service. As I’m writing this they are at it again. This should have been a conversation for something behind closed doors. I was extremely uncomfortable being witness.

Buen hotel, el personal es atento, buena ubicación ya que tiene el Subway justo en frente del hotel y puedes moverte con facilidad, desayuno muy rico y variable. Es la 2 vez que volvemos y, si viniéramos una 3 vez, será en este hotel sin duda.

Excelente hotel. Superó todas nuestras expectativas, desde el check in nos atendieron muy bien. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy limpias y acogedoras.El hotel es moderno y está cerca del metro. Al lado del hotel hay un parqueo a US$38.00 el día.Muy recomendado.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado y la gente es agradable. Los "peros" son que el servicio de aseo no es tan completo como uno desearía (no sacan la basura, por ejemplo) y el desayuno estándar es bastante monótono y plano, a menos que pagues una cuota extra.

Muy bien comunicado con el centro de Manhattan (4 paradas de metro a Times Square) ,moderno y funcional. Las habitaciones estupendas para una pareja, si llevas críos con el sofá cama quedan un poco estrechas. El café de la maquina de las habitaciones malo si no te gusta el café americano. En recepción por la mañana hay un termo de café de Starbucks que ya es otra cosa.
