Unreal this hotel, amazing city views and rainbow bridge from my room. Staff in the bar and grill are very friendly and helpful. Certainly make you feel special and welcomed. Ideal location right outside the train station. Would Certainly stay here again.

So far, I haven't seen such a top level of service in any other hotel in Japan, brilliant communication, super helpful and extremely polite staff. I took King Premium Executive room specifically to enjoy the Rainbow bridge view, and I wasn't disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning, better than I expected. The room is huge and quite stylish, clean, and has pleasant colors of interior. We got a late check out for free, and staff kindly welcomed our request to keep our luggage for a few hours while we had a walk in the area. It's good that there are a few taxi always camping near the entrance so we don't have a mess with booking a car and waste time waiting for it. I noticed some minor things that do not really tie to a 5-star hotel, e.g., the interior looks a bit old, like from 2000, although it seems they try to renovate it from time to time. The floor and carpet do not look good. There are many marks and huge spots, and they definitely need to be cleaned properly or replaced. The bath could be bigger. Overall, it was an enjoyable time, thanks!

Deluxe rooms are fairly large (40m2) but this facility is more than 20 years old and can use major renovation. Because of the location there are many many kids running around which can be noisy. Aqua City shopping complex next door has very reasonable dining options including take-out. Good fitness room. Swimming pool at additional cost.

Beautiful installations, great service from the moment you walk in to the hotel, beautiful view of the bay (even better from our room balcony), and greatly located in front of the train/subway station so you can move anywhere in the city. Also having a 4 story shopping mall next to the hotel was a great plus.

Been coming to this hotel for years now and it's great. The rooms with the rainbow bridge are always the best. Check-in is always easy and the staff speak English pretty well. The rooms are a bit dated but not bad overall. I come for the killer views, excellent service and consistently good overall experience at Hilton properties.
