“I’ve been a Hilton Honours Member for almost 10 years and always stay with Hilton when I can. My wife and I had been waiting at Pearson Airport for hours and just wanted a quiet room to sleep and shower for 3-4 hours. Upon check in I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned we just wanted the cheapest room possible as we were just staying a few hours.
The girl at front desk was extremely rude and just blurts out the room is $189.
I said fine whatever.
I then mention I’m an Honours Member and if we get any discount as usually every normal Hilton offers an Honours discounted rate. She just replied by saying Not Today.
I will absolutely never step foot into another one of these hotels and never again book with them for myself or anyone in my Company ever again. You can thank your front desk girl working on Monday May 23rd at 2pm for that.”

“Stayed for an overnight prior to travelling. We had a king suite and it was spacious and well designed.
The room was very quiet, a bonus when you need to get good sleep before travel. The bed at Hilton hotels are always very comfortable. The shower had great pressure.
There's a shuttle available for Pearson Airport.
There's a restaurant on the main floor, event rooms, and a conference level.
I'm always appreciative of the environmental efforts made by Hilton hotels.”
