“We have stayed twice so far at this FABULOUS Hotel. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed at reception by Katrina and Juliette who went out of their way to assist us and went beyond even arranging a baby cot without us even asking for one. (Amazing ladies) Mel and Sergio then helped us in the restaurant and the excellent service continued. Mel also went out of her way to take our son to the roof top to play some football he was amazed. Rooms - 5 out of 5 for cleanliness, comfort and decoration. Larraine and Mariana in charge of housekeeping also lovely, friendly and helpful. Total experience a pleasure especially being from SA in a new country felt like home away from home even better. Look forward to many more stays when we come to watch Man United:)”
