“I really don't want to leave a bad review.
I knew that hotel is now new, and I wasn't expecting modern luxury amenities.
But.... we stayed on the first floor in building #6. In the bathroom water started dripping from the ceiling. I called reception desk twice, I just asked for extra towels and maybe if they can do something to stop the water. Help didn't arrive. I asked the manager to send a service and for extra towels, so I could put towels on the floor. But unfortunately my three time requests were ignored.
Old hotel. Small rooms. Lots of mosquitoes in the room.
Food was good. There is not a big selection, but it's enough.
Buffet service is great. Everyone is very friendly. I love it about Dominican people 🤎🤎
