“Small rooms Moldy fridges Not that great faculties Way too old furniture Room service that serves horrible food with not that much classic selections to begin with (no pizza or any pasta !) How is this a 5 star hotel ? The staff however are really professional and great. I really feel sorry for them. Not that great price as well”

“We spent 5 nights here over New Year's and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect to most everything in central Barcelona. We rented one of the rooms with the outside patio and took advantage of sitting out during the early evening to eat and drink. We had dinner in the room for New Year's Eve and the service for dinner was excellent.”
