Situated on the Arabian Gulf the 100% non-smoking Le Royal Meridien has 500 luxury rooms spread across three mid-rise buildings on lush grounds with landscaped gardens. Rooms feature 42-inch LCD TVs DVD/CD players free high-speed internet coffeemakers fruit baskets mini fridges and plush beds. Some rooms have balconies (some with gulf views). You can see from here to eternity from the infinity pool. The resort also has a beachfront pool and children's pool. Also on-site are floodlit tennis courts hammams saunas steam rooms hot tubs full-service Roman-themed spa kid's club a fitness room free parking and a beach with kayaking windsurfing beach volleyball and more. The 11 on-site restaurants and bars include a beachfront Arabic restaurant Mediterranean restaurant piano bar and poolside bar. The beachfront Le Royal Meridien is located on the Dubai Marina a half-mile northwest of the Dubai Marina Metro station and four-and-a-half miles southwest of Widi Wadi Water Park. Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai are six miles northeast and Dubai International Airport is 23 miles northeast.

“My most favorite hotel in Dubai. Great for families. It is a resort, you actually do not need to leave it at all. Best time to book is August (but it is very hot). The breakfast is really great. Some restaurant could be expensive, however, check for offers. There are 7 great restaurants in the hotel for each cuisine.”

“I have never experienced such a beautiful hotel with excellent service. I'm afraid all our future holidays/hotels will have to measure up to this, which will be hard :-) From check in (we didn't have to stand at the counter, a hotel staff member did everything for us while we sat in the lounge and were served refreshing towels and drinks) to check out everything was just right and we were pleasantly surprised several times (fresh fruit every day, fruit bread etc). There are so many staff at the reception looking after guests around the clock that we never had to queue (whether to change money or order a taxi). As soon as we queued, someone came and helped us immediately. We could have breakfast in 2 locations. In the main location it was too loud and too many people, in the smaller location it was perfect. 14 restaurants and we only tried 2 :-) . Because the food at the buffet was so insanely varied and great. 3 pools with pool service at the main pool for any requests. We had a great room with a view of the sea, pool, side view of the marina, palm tree and the Ferris wheel where there was always a light show in the evening. It was fantastic. There is a lot on offer for children: Bouncy castle, bunny hunt game (at Easter) etc. We will definitely be back. Hopefully it will be as good the second time as the first :-)”
