“We wanted to book a 5 star hotel in Madrid but this is not it. The receptionist was very cold when we checked in and gave us a room that had a blockage Infront of the window. We had already payed extra for a room with the best view. So of course we took a photo and went downstairs to talk to the receptionist again. After long discussion, they gave us the room we had booked. I got a feeling that they tried to scam us. I don't think that many people would go and complain and get what they payed for. Very good view in the room we got at the end.”

“The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful! The hotel is well located, so you are not far from the metro and the city centre, many taxis are waiting right next to the hotel. The view from the room was beautiful and the bed in the room was relaxing. The only problem is that the hotel is a little bit old and you can see it especially in the rooms, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired (see pictures).”
