Nós realmente gostamos do hotel e da nossa estadia, as instalações eram ótimas, todas de cortesia. Sauna a vapor, sauna, jacuzzi e piscina, toalhas também foram fornecidas. Realmente não poderia culpar o lugar. A equipe foi muito boa e amigável e Jen foi particularmente útil e nos deu ótimos conselhos e serviço também. Definitivamente recomendo para folk que querem apenas relaxar e descontrair.Obrigado rapazes!!!

Esta não foi uma boa experiência. Reservei 2 quartos em 2 noites com pacote de jantar. Chegou na primeira noite para encontrar apenas 1 quarto estava aparecendo e apenas um quarto individual estava disponível. Isso foi depois de vários e-mails e telefonemas para confirmar a reserva e arranjos. Mostrei à recepcionista (Ashley) minha reserva de 2 quartos duplos próximos. Um deve ser um quarto acessível para meus pais idosos. O gerente ligou e foi inicialmente oferecido um quarto danificado pela chuva que o gerente considerou adequado. Eu mantive minha posição por um quarto acessível, conforme reservado. Em seguida, foi-me oferecido um com autorização de gerente. Os quartos ainda estão em andares diferentes e partes opostas do hotel. Não o que tínhamos reservado, mas nada mais estava disponível. Aceitei a contragosto, pois já eram 22h00 e estávamos todos cansados após uma viagem de 3 horas. Ambos os quartos foram mal conservados (faltando egos, tapetes manchados, rejuntes pobres) e tinha toalhas de pedido também!O café da manhã era algo constante. Todos os suspeitos do costume - cereais, frutas, crossiants, sucos, servir-se de café e uma seleção de pratos quentes, mas nada de batatas fritas ou batatas?Não use piscina ou spa.O jantar foi de OK para mal a pior. Pediram comida no bar para serem informados de que seus homus tinham acabado às 20h de uma quarta-feira à noite? Entradas e alimentação solicitadas. Eles também tinham ficado sem Becks Blue e não havia outra alternativa. A máquina de extração de coque também não está funcionando. As entradas vieram depois de uma curta espera. Boa sopa e pão de alho. Esperamos por nossa alimentação e esperamos mais um pouco e os pratos não foram retirados por 30 minutos. No fim, fui ao bar e disse-lhe que a corrente não tinha chegado. Barmen perguntou o que não tinha vindo? Eu disse todos eles e ele ligou para a cozinha e me disse que eles seriam 'acelerados'. Tive a sensação de que eles haviam se esquecido de nós. Eles chegaram 10 minutos depois. Hambúrguer com batata frita era bom. Minha massa estava quente por fora e fria como pedra no meio. Acho que foi mal colocado no micro-ondas. O garçom percebeu que eu tinha deixado meu macarrão e perguntou se estava tudo bem. Expliquei que a massa estava fria. Ele se ofereceu para esquentá-lo e uma bebida grátis. Recusei e pedi sobremesa - pudim pegajoso que foi a melhor coisa que tivemos naquela noite.O check-out foi rápido, mas não houve verdadeiras desculpas oferecidas pelas questões de reserva / quarto que encontramos.Não recomendaria a menos que você esteja desesperado ou verifique a reserva com antecedência e entre por escrito.

Realmente disfrutamos del hotel y nuestra estancia, las instalaciones eran geniales, todo gratuito. Sala de vapor, sauna, jacuzzi y piscina, también se proporcionaron toallas. Realmente no me puedo quejar del lugar. El personal era muy bueno y amable y Jen fue particularmente servicial y también nos dio excelentes consejos y servicio. Definitivamente lo recomendaré a la gente que solo quiera relajarse y descansar.¡¡¡Gracias chicos!!!

Esta no fue una buena experiencia. Reservamos 2 habitaciones en un paquete de 2 noches con cena. Llegué la primera noche y descubrí que solo se mostraba 1 habitación y solo había una habitación individual disponible. Esto fue después de numerosos correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas para confirmar la reserva y los arreglos. Le mostré a la recepcionista (Ashley) mi reserva de 2 habitaciones dobles muy juntas. Uno debería ser una habitación accesible para mis padres ancianos. El gerente llamó e inicialmente le ofrecieron una habitación dañada por la lluvia que el gerente consideró adecuada. Me mantuve firme a favor de una habitación accesible según lo reservado. Luego me ofrecieron uno con la autorización del gerente. Habitaciones todavía en diferentes pisos y partes opuestas del hotel. No es lo que habíamos reservado, pero no había nada más disponible. Acepté esto a regañadientes ya que ahora eran las 10.00 pm y todos estábamos cansados después de un viaje de 3 horas. Ambas habitaciones estaban mal mantenidas (faltan yoes, alfombras manchadas, mala lechada) y también pedían toallas.El desayuno fue un asunto constante. Todos los sospechosos habituales: cereales, frutas, crujientes, jugos, ¿sírvase café y una selección de platos calientes, pero no papas fritas o papas?No usé piscina ni spa.La cena fue de mal en peor. ¿Pidió comida en el bar para que le dijeran que se les había acabado el hummus a las 8:00 pm un miércoles por la noche? Entrantes y platos principales ordenados. También se habían quedado sin Becks Blue y no había otra alternativa. La máquina de coque tampoco funciona. Los entrantes llegaron después de una corta espera. Buena sopa y pan de ajo. Esperamos nuestros platos principales y esperamos un poco más y los platos tampoco se limpiaron durante 30 minutos. Al final fui al bar y le dije que nuestros platos principales no habían llegado. Los camareros preguntaron ¿cuál no había venido? Dije todos y él llamó a la cocina y me dijo que serían 'acelerados'. Tuve la sensación de que se habían olvidado de nosotros. Llegaron 10 minutos después. Hamburguesa con patatas fritas estaba bien. Mi pasta estaba tibia por fuera y fría como una piedra en el medio. Creo que se había calentado mal en el microondas. El servidor notó que había dejado mi pasta y me preguntó si todo estaba bien. Le expliqué que la pasta estaba fría. Se ofreció a calentarlo y una bebida gratis. Rechacé y pedí postre, pudín pegajoso que fue lo mejor que tuvimos esa noche.El registro de salida fue rápido, pero no se ofrecieron disculpas reales por los problemas de reserva / habitación que habíamos encontrado.No lo recomendaría a menos que esté desesperado o verifique la reserva con anticipación y se ponga por escrito.

This was not a good experience. Booked 2 rooms on a 2 night with dinner package. Arrived on first night to find only 1 room was showing and only one single room was available. This was after numerous emails and telephone calls to confirm booking and arrangements. I showed the receptionist (Ashley) my booking for 2 double rooms close together. One should be accessible room for my elderly parents. Manager called and was initially offered a rain damaged room that manager deemed fit. I stood my ground for an accessible room as booked. I was then offered one with manager authorisation. Rooms still on different floors and opposite parts of the hotel. Not what we had booked but nothing else was available. I accepted this grudgingly as it was now 10.00pm and we were all tired after a 3 hour drive. Both rooms were poorly maintained (missing selves, stained carpets, poor grouting) and had request towels as well!Breakfast was a steady affair. All the usual suspects - cereals, fruit, crossiants, juices, help yourself coffee and a selection of hot fayre but no hash browns or potato dish?Did not use pool or spa.Dinner went from OK to bad to worse. Ordered food at bar to be told that they had run out of hummus at 8.00pm on a Wednesday night? Ordered starters and mains. They had also run out of Becks Blue and there was no other alternative. The coke draught machine as not working either. The starters came after a short wait. Nice soup and garlic bread. We waited for our mains and waited some more and dishes were not cleared either for 30 minutes. In the end I went to bar and told then our mains had not come. Barmen asked which had not come? I said all of them and he rang kitchen and told me that they would be 'fast-tracked'. I got the feeling they had forgotten about us. They arrived 10 minutes latter. Burger and chip was good. My pasta was warm on the outside and stone cold in the middle. I think it had been microwaved badly. The server noticed that I'd left my pasta and asked if everything was alright. I explained the pasta was cold. He offered to warm it and a free drink. I declined and ordered dessert - sticky pudding which was the best thing we had that night.Check-out was quick but no real apologies offered for the booking/room issues we had encountered.Would not recommend unless you are desperate or check booking in advance and get in writing.

We really enjoyed the hotel and our stay, the facilities were great, all complimentary. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool, towels were provided too. Really couldn't fault the place. The staff were very good and friendly and Jen was particularly helpful and gave us great advice and service too. Will definitely recommend to folk who just want to chill and relax. Thanks guys!!!

I had a business trip to Bolton and attended conference onsite after overnight stay in the hotel. First on arrival I was told there was no room available despite my booking online, which was promptly resolved by the manager. I did get a quiet room as requested but the room was in need of modernization. It was hot in the room but no alternative duvet was provided and it was too late to contact reception. The hotel was clearly booked in and the breakfast was busy with food items frequently missing. I would suggest the the breakfast which described as "very good" did not fulfill the promise with its content, however staff was very helpful. The coffee/hot tea machine needs a friend by the side so that the queue for a hot drink is manageable. Catering on the event was satisfactory, though it felt that in overall the venue was cutting it's costs by reducing staff numbers. It was suggested on the website that the venue had a gym/swimming pool, which I not got made aware of on arrival.
