A localização do hotel é excelente, no coração de Miami, esquina da Collins com a Lincoln, muitos bares e lojas ao redor, há duas quadras do início da Ocean Dr. O atendimento é bom, embora nada excepcional, os quartos são bons, a piscina aquecida é muito boa, com um bar bem próximo com atendimento excelente. Não usamos a piscina sem aquecimento porque estava frio. O preço é alto, principalmente das bebidas e comidas.

Beautiful property. Super nice employees. My favorite spot and has been since my first stay last year. Love the atmosphere. Has the LONGEST pool on south beach. Conveniently located from Lincoln road.

Wow!!! Beautiful hotel! We were early and our room was ready early. Great service,beautiful pool, grounds and oceanfront view! Paul, our bellhop, was awesome! Great experience!

It is OK but we paid for a beachfront room (a month in advance) more expensive however without notice they change everything and until now we didn't receive any explanation or apology.The room was meant for a photoshoot,we were so disappointed.The staff were nice. SO HOWE CAN THEY RE-SALE A ROOM TWICE?

The hotel is very elegant and full of history. It was a piece of history captivated in a unique time capsule. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed all it had to offer. The only take away would be the elevator wait time. Definitely close to everything and adult only hotel.

Una joya del art deco. Uno se traslada en el tiempo. Hermoso lobby, piscina y espacios al aire libre. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas pero el baño es mínimo

La verdad una excelente atención, Ubicación estratégica, todo cerca , te atienden en Español, acceso directo a la playa, música en vivo los jueves a sábado , lo mejor la atención en la playa, te dan toallas, variedad de platos, licores, se los recomiendo estuve hospedado de 30 al 5 de septiembre.

I love this hotel. It’s very bohemian and cozy, yet it’s very sexy and classy. It’s has several swimming pools, property is at the beach front. On the weekends they have live music. I stayed at this hotel several times and I always have the most amazing experience

This place transports you back in time to a time of old Hollywood! From the valet attendants to front desk to wait staff to the cleaning maids all made you feel at home and comfortable. Everyone spoke and had smiles on their faces even though they all had masks. I enjoyed taking so many different photos in this place and I know it was more that I missed but it's all good. So the room was amazing, the bed was super soft, and I could wait to dive in. This place is a vibe and when you add your friends to it , it makes for a great weekend on South Beach.

Overall lovely property! LOVED the retro chic vibe, decor and layout. Pool and beach access were perfect. Loved the adults only aspect. Staff were very friendly across the board. From front desk to pool side My only issues were: Not allowing for 3 adults to stay in a room. Strange for a hotel in Miami to cap room sizes for an adult friendly destination. Secondly, for price of drinks, I would appreciate that they were stronger. Much to be desired in this aspect.

(Dec 2017) Friendly staff all over. The pool area is surprisingly large and nice. They do have a nice breakfast buffet for $25. Location is also very good, close to Lincoln Rd and center of Collins. They also have a decent Piano bar. 3 stars primarily because the hotel is a bit dated, stained wood all over the room, tv encased in wood (in 2017). They did have a refrigerator but no ice machine. You have to request ice from the front desk. Not a bad hotel by any means but I probably won't go back. I prefer a more updated contemporary style hotel. It is an ocean front hotel.

10 out of 10. GORGEOUS property.The longest pool I've ever seen in the US. When you first walk into the hotel it smells AWESOME!!!! No funny smells or bad odors, regularly saw staff wiping and sanitizing seats and surfaces. Candles lit, land Sanitizer stations, friendly staff-consistently. The hallway to the rooms smell amazing. Carpet is clean, floors look freshly mopped each day. Had to.get our room.moved because we were put in an accessibility room which had not been cleaned well. Moved us to a better room that was in immaculate condition. The outdoors looks like PARADISE. SUPER GORGEOUS. The pictures on the various websites don't do it justice-AT ALL.WILL STAY again in the near future-hands down!

definitivamente muy bueno! perfectamente bien ubicado para salir a pasear por el dia ó por la noche con desayuno completo, Saludable acompañado de una Variedad de fruta fresca, un rico café caliente aromatico, una vista preciosa, en el servicio nos trataron de lo mejor y lo aseguro, volveremos pronto!

Estrutura excelente, conservado, serviço ruim, inflexíveis. Tive uma péssima recepção com o elevador quebrado de madrugada, subimos seis malas sozinhos pela escada. NÃO VOLTAREI.

Es un hotel con historia. Ha sido remodelado. Muy buenas habitaciones. Muy buena limpieza. Muy buena atencion de todo el personal. La piscina...muy pintoresca!! Es recomendable!!!

Worst hotel ever. Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel, parece que nada funciona. O elevador é super lento e antigo (nem os botões funcionam direito), o quarto é antiquado e os móveis estão muito velhos (o carpete fede), os funcionários são grosseiros e não ajudam em nada, salvo dois rapazes que trabalham na piscina (Cedric e outro que não lembro o nome). Na praia os funcionários também parecem não querer ajudar. O hotel só fornece duas cadeiras por quarto e cobram $50 por guarda-sol, se você chega tarde fica praticamente impossível pegar cadeiras e nem toalhas tem mais. A piscina é a única coisa que se salva, bonita e quente. O serviço de arrumação dos quartos é péssimo. Demoram muito para arrumar e infelizmente tivemos um problema em que sumiu um chinelo que estava usando na piscina e depois subi para o quarto com ele. Quando passamos o problema para a recepção fomos atendidos como sempre, sem nenhuma disposição para ajudar por parte do hotel. Foi muito estranho o que ocorreu e não tivemos nenhuma solução. Por fim, tivemos a infeliz ideia de tentar tomar café da manhã no restaurante de dentro do hotel, e como sempre o serviço foi péssimo (quase 20 minutos apenas para entregarem o cardápio). Enfim, não recomendo para ninguém e gostaria de parabenizar apenas os funcionários da piscina que mencionei, o Cedric foi muito atencioso e ofereceu ajuda sempre que possível.

Llegamos a Miami para el casamiento de un familiar y nos hospedamos en este agradable hotel.. Tuvimos una buena habitación con una decoración de primera. El desayuno nos encanto, con una vista agradable del interior del hotel. Una singular piscina decorada con unas bellas palmeras y lugares para reposar de primera... Magnifica atención, y dispuesto a volver ..Lo recomiendo..
