“Una experiencia muy desagradable, por ser españoles nos han tratado muy mal, no hicieron ningún esfuerzo por entenderse. No nos limpiaron la habitación, es la primera vez que en un hotel de 4 estrellas nos acostamos en la cama sin hacer”

“Já no momento do check-in, o pequeno-almoço gratuito tinha desaparecido algures no momento da reserva. O check-out tardio ainda estava lá. Embora esta promoção ainda fosse oferecida, nada poderia ser feito a respeito e teríamos cerca de € 18 p.p.p.n. tem que pagar adicionalmente. Não, obrigado. Um café e um pequeno sanduíche realmente não valem isso.A sala não estava realmente limpa, a poeira por toda parte, até mesmo unhas cortadas e cabelos pretos nos lençóis.Tudo antiquado e não muito bem conservado, depois de retirar o carregador, até a tomada veio com ele.A limpeza e troca de toalhas também não foram feitas. Apesar de termos indicado que o queríamos.A única vantagem é a localização e a vista.Nunca mais este hotel para mim.”
