“El pasado fin de semana estuvimos en el hotel dos parejas. Las camas amplias y cómodas y la habitación confortable pero la sorpresa desagradable es que en las dos habitaciones el termostato de la ducha no funciona y pasas 5 en 5 segundos de agua más bien fría a agua hirviendo y así durante todo el tiempo.Ocupamos las habitaciones 319 y 321. Avisamos en recepción pero al día siguiente seguía averiado el termostato y preferimos no ducharnos.”

“Good location in Ventas central Madrid next to the architecturally incredible bull ring. Welcoming and helpful staff. I stayed in a standard room which was a touch small but that aside the hotel was clean the bed very comfy, great bathroom and spacious shower unit.”
