“Buen hotel. Tarifa buena. Ubicación excepcional. La limpieza no es de lo mejor y como muchos hoteles que buscan ahorros a costa del cliente, hay que pedir jabón y shampoo extra todos los días. El desayuno es demasiado caro y hay decenas de sitios mejores alrededor para comer. La arquitectura no ameritó foto. Es un Hotel para dormir no para admirar.”

“Unimpressed for a variety of reasons, most of which seem to be the designers of the rooms just don't seem to try using them.Unable to switch off lights from bed. Tiny space even on a "superior" room.No full length mirror anywhere in the room.No drawers. Tiny wardrobe too.Shower very low (and very old fashioned, not a proper "hotel" (rain) shower) and then sprays over/waters the shower gel through rubbish placement.Substandard cleaning with hairs from shaving still there after two days and nose bleed (thanks aircon) blood left for three.Overpriced breakfast that I didn't go with (and very unappetising croissant when I tried one).Plenty of other issues, but this chain won't have my custom again, even with the lure of the sauna.Unlike other hotels, this one didn't seem to want to welcome/greet guests and nearly always had a queue at reception.TV is without chromecast/appleTV so no mirroring from ipad/phone. nor is it central to the bed.”
