“The BEST hotel experience I’ve ever stayed. From the restaurant to the pool & immaculate cleanliness. Housekeeping knee my name, restaurant service was polite, attentive & timed perfectly. The elevator was ready for me the second I walked through the lobby…and that Parker is adorable. Kudos to this hotel for crushing it during these crazy times. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Chicago.”
