I usually stay at Radisson if I can as I like to be in the downtown area, lots of shops and restaurant choices. My last stay was less than pleasant. They were apparently have internet issues and I stood for about 30 minutes before the manager even let me know what was going on. I was standing with several other guests so I wasn't going to budge in front of them to ask what the problem was. They have a new Front Desk manager who is less than pleasant. I had a room near the elevator and asked to move and he says I am not doing any room changes, no explanation as to why. Day 2 of my stay was met with a voice yelling at a guest outside my door. It was the manager informing a guest they had to vacate the hotel. There was absolutely no discretion and as I walked out of the room, no I'm sorry for the disturbance. I am a Radisson Rewards member and always try to stay at a Radisson, but I was not given the usually courtesy of an upgrade or even the free drink ticket. I was handed keys and sent on my way without an enjoy your stay. I checked out with the exact same customer courtesy from this man as I got checking in. Didn't even ask how the stay was. I did phone back as I needed a receipt for my stay. 1st time no receipt sent, but the lady did seem to be in training as I heard her getting assistance from someone else. I called back and low and behold the manager answers. Questions: What is your name? When did you stay? I'll resend it. I say thank you to a click! I know that the Radisson doesn't have the greatest reputation, but this man makes even more horrible.

the service was nice, but the rooms are very outdated. there is no amenities. the website says fridge and microwave and we come in with a baby and milk and had no fridge or microwave in the room. the tub coating was cracking and popped out, so to give the kid a bath we had to lay a mat in there as to no cut her. the sink wouldn't hold water to even use as a ice holder for the milk. found sunflower seeds on the floor when we came in. all around Not a good experience in a Radisson hotel.

I am not sure how this place even got the 3 point stars and above or how most people are even saying they are clean. They are not. The first room I went to had leftover urine in the toilet. The second room when I opened the door smelt like pizza , I looked to my right and the refrigerator was wide open with someone's left over pizza left in there. Then, the final room when I did my inspection for bed bugs ( which I didn't see)looked like it had large amounts of blood stains on the side or it could have been a really old mattress. Either way, it should have been replaced. I had complained to the front desk staff but it just seems like no rooms are clean. The floors don't appear to be vacuumed. Bugs in the AC vents. Crumbs everywhere. When I talked to the front desk staff the 3rd time she said," sorry... they don't allow me to check the rooms to see if they have been cleaned but I can talk to the housekeeping about it." Lots of loud noise and someone knocked on my door. Didn't appear to be staff, didn't help that I read their previous reviews and it said drunks roam the halls at night. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Had higher expectations. Clean, but old and not updated. No fridge, no microwave, TV wasn't working (which they did fix), furniture in halls was dirty, smoke burns in tables and chairs, signage was minimal so had to ask about where to go for everything (breakfast, pool, rooms, elevators). Location is great. WIFI worked great

Nice place, clean room, decent price and location. Checked in late that night, front desk worker Stephanie was amazing. She turned a 3 star review into a million star review (this scale only goes to 5 stars). I was traveling all day and she made the checkin process quick and enjoyable with her sparkling personality, sense of humor, and glowing smile plus she had great suggestions for things to check out the next day. An excellent stay and would recommend highly if traveling to or through Bismarck.
