“Had a great time in Negril. Decent food and beautiful beach weather. There are some things That need improvement. Concierge rarely answered our phone calls and/or were slow in responding to us when they did. Beach vendors hound you constantly while relaxing on the beach. Super nice people though but a little too constant when you’re just trying to chill. I understand the hustle though….The photographers throughout the resort are convenient and helped with not worrying about personally taking pics , however 20 dollars for 1 digital image is ridiculous. We still paid for them because some came out great, but be prepared to pay. Finally , logistics to do off-site excursions is very time consuming and could take more time out of the day than the actual activity, which in return makes the experience underwhelming and exhausting. If you’re a resort person, this might not be much of a surprise, but as someone who doesn’t vacation at resorts often, these are the few caveats that I would want to improve… Jamaica and the people however are very friendly and welcoming. With the few complaints I mentioned, I still had a great and memorable time.”
