“This was a very enjoyable hotel to stay at. The staff were very helpful before and during the stay. With COVID restrictions/rules changing often, they were helpful with ensuring we could meet the requirements with testing. They room was clean and well outfitted. This hotel is close to activities and most of the main things you would want to see in Berlin.”

“El hotel está bien ubicado. Presenta muchas habitaciones, por lo cual mucha gente también. La limpieza aparentemente bien, pero dejaron pelos de huéspedes anteriores en el baño. No dejaron agua como indican y cuando la pedimos no dijeron q tomáramos de la canilla ya que era potable, un poco descortés. Se olvidaron de dejar toallas, pero al pedirlas las trajeron. Desayuno muy bueno.”
