Large hotel with excellent facilities. Large indoor swimming pool, very large gym and rooftop tennis court. There is a nice jazz club open at weekends.

Posso dizer que eles representam o setor de serviços da melhor maneira. Todos os funcionários de A a Z são prestativos e amigáveis. Não existe palavra impossível no dicionário deles, gostaria de parabenizar a todos por isso.

Não fiquei no hotel, estava por ocasião de um simpósio. A organização é boa, as condições de higiene estão bem estabelecidas devido ao covid.

Fiquei um tempo no hotel devido a um congresso, minha decepção é tão grande que me pergunto se realmente fiquei em um hotel 5 estrelas. O interior do hotel é muito bom, você realmente sente que veio para um hotel 5 estrelas depois? NENHUM! Sério, esse é um hotel cinco estrelas? Chega-se ao salão do congresso, tem bengaleiro à entrada, é uma taxa de 10 liras, cobra-se bengaleiro no hotel onde se paga 2k pelo quarto, é emitido um cartão refeição nos bilhetes de entrada. Você sabe, um hotel 5 estrelas dá a você um cartão de refeição. Então, como é comer em um hotel de luxo? Frango e carne são dois tipos de pratos principais insípidos e inconsistentes. É isso, se você é vegano, você está morrendo de fome, se você está de dieta, tem dois pedaços de salada. Nem mesmo pastéis. Mesmo menu para almoço e jantar. Padrão doce, 2 tipos de leite, 2 tipos de sorvete, frutas e morangos de cor branca. Sabe, branco .. O café só sai em determinados horários. Congresso aberto, mas a hora do café é limitada. E frio. Você pode colocar leite gelado em seu café frio, se quiser. Na temporada de inverno. Não tem café quente, você conhece. Não tem serviço de água quente. Não há nada. O lanche está velho. desagradável. O grande hotel cinco estrelas que você conhece. Você pagou como um louco. Mas você não pode nem beber café quando quiser. Está frio se você beber. Odeio tanto café frio que fui ao Starbucks do outro lado da rua para tomar café. É um hotel 5 estrelas que eu não me canso. Eu ainda não consigo acreditar, mas realmente diz sheraton na entrada.

Me quedé un tiempo en el hotel debido a un congreso, mi decepción es tan grande que me pregunto si realmente me quedé en un hotel de 5 estrellas. El interior del hotel es muy agradable, ¿realmente te sientes como si hubieras venido a un hotel de 5 estrellas después? ¡NINGUNO! En serio, ¿es este un hotel de cinco estrellas? Vienes a la sala de congresos, hay un guardarropa en la entrada, hay una tarifa de 10 liras, cobran una tarifa de guardarropa en el hotel donde pagas 2k por la habitación, se emite una tarjeta de comida de los boletos de entrada. Ya sabes, un hotel de 5 estrellas te da una tarjeta de comida. Entonces, ¿cómo es comer en un hotel tan lujoso? El pollo y la carne son dos tipos de plato principal insípido e inconsistente. Eso es todo, si eres vegano, te mueres de hambre, si estás a dieta, hay dos piezas de ensalada. Ni siquiera pasteles. Mismo menú para el almuerzo y la cena. Patrón dulce, 2 tipos de leche, 2 tipos de sorbete, fruta y fresas de color blanco. Ya sabes, blanco ... El café solo sale a determinadas horas. Congreso abierto, pero el tiempo del café es limitado. Y frío. Puede poner leche helada en su café frío si lo desea. En la temporada de invierno. No hay café caliente, sabes, no hay servicio de agua caliente. No hay nada. La merienda está rancia. desagradable. El gran hotel de cinco estrellas que conoces. Pagaste como loco. Pero ni siquiera puedes beber café cuando quieras. Hace frío si lo bebes. Odio tanto el café frío que fui a Starbucks al otro lado de la calle a tomar café. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas del que ni siquiera puedo tener suficiente. Todavía no puedo creerlo, pero realmente dice sheraton en la entrada.

Besides its age, (30 years) the decoration style looks old but it feels clean. The service is perfect, great location, comfy rooms and the great scenery of Ankara. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 5 stars.
