“We stayed here for 5 nights to spend 4 days at Disney and I wish we could have stayed longer as there's enough to do/see in the hotel to spend a day there. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, from check in to organising transport to the airport, it was all done smoothly. The room was huge (by any standard, let alone Japanese standards), and we were lucky enough to get a park view room with a small balcony. Also, the beds were so comfortable! After spending 3 weeks on very firm beds and flat pillows (the standard for Japan), it was so nice to have a softer bed with a great selection of pillows. The breakfast buffet was fairly expensive so we skipped it but the hotel would package up leftovers from the buffet dinner each night which we bought one night to have for breakfast the next morning (there's a mini fridge in the room but no microwave). There is also a small convenience store and items such as croissants and mixed fruit plates that you can purchase to take away from one of the restaurants. All of our other meals were at the theme parks. There's a coin operated laundry which we used the night we checked in. The hotel is directly across the road from one of the monorail stations making transport around the resort area easy. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Used to like the place They charge you 3500yen for the breakfast which there is no red meat in the menu and deserts variety is poor. They totally let your finished plates pile up on your desk! I wonder what happened to the nice service at Sheraton.”
