Este hotel é um dos mais conhecidos nesta área. Estou aqui há anos. Se você escolher este lugar, com certeza não ficará desapontado.Ótimo hotel, sofisticado, mas não pretensioso, ideal para famílias, embora não seja invadido por crianças. A praia é ótima, o mergulho com snorkel na praia oferece peixes, tartarugas marinhas e até ouvimos baleias ao longe. No inverno, as baleias podem ser vistas rotineiramente do local. A piscina é divertida, com uma configuração de estilo 'rio preguiçoso e os bares da piscina oferecem bebidas especiais duas vezes por dia, por volta do meio-dia e das 15h às 17h. Ótimo lugar!

My family had blast 💥, it’s a fun place for all ages. We attended yoga 🧘‍♀️ every morning and the hotel stuffs were all amazing. Miss Eden took care of us. She’s lovely and very accommodating. We’ll be back soon! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. Great hotel, upscale, but not pretentious, family friendly while not overrun with kids. Beach is great, snorkeling right from their beach provides fish, sea turtles and even heard whales off in the distance. In winter whales can be seen routinely from the grounds. Pool is fun, with a 'lazy river's style setup and the pool bars offers drink specials twice a day, around noon and 3-5pm. Great place!

Great customer service, beautiful views, very comfortable bed, and a very convenient location. The shower is a little dated but the water is soft with great pressure and temperature. Valet is free for titanium and the continental breakfast is free with a small upgrade charge for a very good buffet: made-to-order omelets, waffles, and all the standard American breakfast items. We weren’t upgraded to a suite, but a high floor ocean front room in building 3 was perfect. There was a miscommunication about breakfast times one morning but the property manager, Michelle, resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. There’s also a game-room with arcade games and a tv area for the kids.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Maui every time I have gone to the island. It's one of my favorite experiences there thanks to the amazing grounds, delicious breakfast, bars next to the beach, and the breathtaking scenery. I made sure to wake up early before sunrise to go out and shoot as they are amazing on the beach. There was a full moon while we were here so going out at night was almost like having streetlights all over the beach! There is amazing snorkeling around Black Rock with tons of wildlife including sea turtles floating around the area! The nightly torch lighting and diving off of Black Rock is also a joy to watch at sunset each night! It is very hard to not feel inspired here and it's one of my favorite resorts I have ever stayed at anywhere, I highly recommend it here if you can do it!

No geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia aqui e ficaria aqui novamente. O resort definitivamente mostra alguma idade e não é tão moderno quanto a maioria dos outros lugares ao longo da praia, mas os quartos são decentes e a localização na praia é realmente ótima. Você pode mergulhar com snorkel direto da praia ou pular de penhascos no oceano, se for o seu caso. A piscina é grande e ventosa. Não há muitos recursos, mas muito espaço para todos. Temos um quarto de frente para o mar e fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos com o tamanho, era maior do que esperávamos e tinha 2 varandas. A vista para o mar real que você obtém provavelmente não pode ser igualada por outros resorts, dado que o Sheraton fica bem no final da praia e se destaca bastante. Os banheiros estão mostrando a idade, mas tudo estava bem limpo e conservado. O lobby ao ar livre é lindo e é um local muito agradável para sair e apreciar a vista para o mar. O restaurante Coral Reef é saboroso e o bar Cliff Dive é uma das melhores vistas para obter com seu coquetel caro. Pule o banco de areia. A sala de jogos está precisando de reparos, mas o centro de fitness é bastante moderno. Acima de tudo, as vistas do Sheraton são de tirar o fôlego.

Equipe amigável incrível! Salvou-nos de um lugar no caminho que não era limpo ou confortável, então este foi um bom upgrade. O quarto é bom, mas muito padrão. As comodidades são ótimas, mas você tem que pagar uma taxa para usá-las e nada está incluído. Seria bom quanto você paga para ter algumas bebidas incluídas ou algumas outras coisas para serem usadas na piscina e na praia como cortesia. Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e as vistas das instalações foram incríveis.

Totally not worth the money. Absolutely dead resort and total rip off. Currently staying here and have a million things to say. The beach chairs and umbrellas are not only NOT included with your stay but they are also outrageously priced. $25 per chair and $35 per umbrella and everything has to be returned by 4 pm (way before the sunset we wanted to enjoy at 6). They’re not even nice chairs. The live music last night ended at 6 pm and there wasn’t even radio music playing at the bar - totally dead and boring. Just got denied a drink at the bar because they needed to see an ID for every drink ordered - inconvenient for our friends on the beach that we were trying to get drinks for (we are 30, and don’t look anything underage). While I’m on the topic of bar service, there is no bar service at the pool or beach unlike most 4-5 star resorts. First night we ordered poke at the restaurant and the fish smelled so fishy, it was clearly rotten but the waitress kept telling us that it was the cucumbers that smelled bad. For the price you pay, the service you get is motel like. Absolutely ridiculous and wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The resort definitely shows some age and is not as modern as most of the other places along the beach, but the rooms are decent and the location on the beach is really great. You can go snorkeling straight off the beach, or go cliff jumping into the ocean if that is your thing. The pool is large and windey. Not a lot of features to it, but plenty of space for everyone. We got an ocean front room and were pleasantly surprised with the size, it was larger than we expected and had 2 balconies. The actual ocean view you get likely cannot be matched by other resorts given how the Sheraton is at the very end of the beach and stick out quite far. The bathrooms are showing their age but everything was well cleaned and maintained. The open air lobby is beautiful and is a really nice spot to hang out and enjoy ocean views. The Coral Reef restaurant is tasty and Cliff Dive bar is one of the best views to get with your expensive cocktail. Skip the Sandbar. The game room is in sore need of repairs but the fitness center is fairly modern. Above all else the views from the Sheraton are breathtaking.

Incredible friendly staff! Saved us from a place down the way that was not clean or comfortable so this was a nice upgrade. The room is nice but very standard. The amenities are great but you have to pay a fee to use them and nothing is included. It would be nice for how much you pay to have some drinks included or some other things to be used in the pool and on the beach to be complimentary. We had a very positive experience and the views the facility was amazing.

Solid Marriott property in a great location.Easily walking distance to some shops and restaurants.Beach is fantastic with great views.Boating trips leave from right down the beach and if you like snorkeling, you can do that without leaving the property.Able to whale watch right from you room.The rooms are older and have been refreshed. Older style bathroom with tub/shower combo.Nice benefit for platinum / titanium members, free continental breakfast which is very good.Staff is a bit casual when it comes to service.It's not that I've had one specific bad experience, but slow to help or refill drinks (as examples).Recognized as Titanium member by several but does not seem to help with basic customer service.

Una isla única toda orgánica si te atreves a recorrer toda la Islas te llevarás cada sorpresas únicas cascadas entre las montañas playas de arena negra floración única cada rincón esconde un misterio y las playas son hermosas la verdad una experiencia inolvidable el viaje es largo pero vale la pena jamás te olvidarás y el hotel hermoso es para ir olvidarte de todo la comida rica muy buena gente

It's a really expensive hotel and they charge you for everything. The infraestructure it's ok, but of it's full you cannot get chairs close to the piscine and you have to pay for them. We spent a couple of nights in Napili Sunset hotel and I prefer that one, even Bora Bora has better over watter hotels and cheaper than this.Es un hotel muy caro y te cobran por todo. La infraestructura está bien, otro si el hotel está lleno no podés conseguir sillas cerca de la piscina y tenés que pagar por ellas. Hotel con muchisimo encanto y si vas a Maui una excelente elección. Para mi se encentra entre los mejores de la zona aunque no el mejor. Mejoraría la piscina y la haría más grande y con más atracciones y aumentaría el número de bares y la variedad que presenta. Por lo demás excelente atención por parte del personal. Un punto para mi muy negativo es que te cobran 25$ por noche adicionales a lo que pagas por utilizar ciertas partes de las instalaciones como los flotadores de la piscina.
