“No view like we paid for, pounding music and yelling after midnight and before 9am in a Sunday from the conference above us, the spas only message therapist for the entire hotel did not come to work. No spa services are being offered, complete filthy and garage at the outdoor message cabanas. Send five notices to the management and no solutions provided and no follow up communication.”

“The Sheraton negatively affects the area around. This year when we had the rains the Sheraton blocked thousands of people who needed to go to work. The road was closed and the only way through was passing by the beach and through the garage. They allowed the tourist to pass by the residents passing the rocks below above the ocean. It's a big place but is it worth price? I gave two stars because I believe the restaurant is a decent quality in the pool is nice. But only two! For the price and the area I believe you can do better.”
