Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, na Recepção, junto à Piscina e Praia, e no restaurante, especialmente durante o Pequeno-almoço! O Reach é uma jóia, pois estávamos procurando um lugar tranquilo e relaxante para ficar. O Reach é o lugar, pois fica fora da parte movimentada da cidade e tem uma ÓTIMA praia com excelente praia/piscina; funcionários. Temos ficado em muitos hotéis finos ao redor do mundo. O Reach não é o mais chique, mas é um excelente valor pelo dinheiro pago! Vale a experiência!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, at the Front Desk, by the Pool and Beach, and at the restaurant, especially during Breakfast! The Reach is a gem, as we were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The Reach is the place, as it is out of the busy part of town and it has a GREAT beach with excellent beach/pool; staff. We have stayed at many fine hotels around the world. The Reach is not the fanciest, but it is an excellent value for the money paid! Well worth the experience!!

This shouldn’t be rated as a 4 star hotel. It’s an old hotel converted into a resort. Understaffed with cleaning services. Only thing good about the place is the private beach, that’s about it. Nothing special about this resort whatsoever. Overpriced for what it is. This hotel isn’t worth over $300/night. Like other reviewers we did experience our fair share of bugs mostly impart due to the doorway. The room doors don’t seal on the bottom and you can see people’s shadows when they walk by. There’s enough room under the door for small critters to get through.

I know I read so many reviews that said don't waste your money, but I thought I would try it out anyway and they were right. I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation stay and even though this place was the most expensive it was not the best. The most irritating part about our stay here was the elevators! I can't believe that for a thousand a night this place does not have elevators that are in good working condition. I was afraid more than once that I was going to be stuck in an elevator. The elevators take quite a long time to come if they do work at all. The beach gazebo outside was covered in bird poop. We booked some sort of breakfast package and when I asked multiple times the staff had no idea what the breakfast package entailed and wouldn't tell us till after we ordered food. The room was clean and nice but smelled musty. When we looked at the air filter we noticed it looked very dirty.

Fui em uma fuga com um amigo por cinco dias. Tive a melhor experiência que já tive em um hotel. A equipe foi tão acolhedora e amigável. Acabou de causar um grande impacto. Precisávamos fugir do nosso estresse diário. Foi mais do que esperávamos. Quartos limpos e camas confortáveis. Comida deliciosa e as bebidas ....yum!!!. Me fui de escapada con un amigo durante cinco días. Tuve la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. El personal fue muy servicial y amable. Simplemente tuvo un gran impacto. Necesitábamos alejarnos de nuestro estrés diario. Fue más de lo que esperábamos. Habitaciones limpias y camas cómodas. Deliciosa comida y las bebidas... mmm!!!. Es, con mucho, la playa más hermosa y la sensación de despreocupación que esperaba que fuera. Gracias y gratitud a un increíble grupo de empleados que lo hizo tan fácil.

Went on a get away with a friend for five days. Had the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. It just made a huge impact. We needed to get away from our everyday stress. It was more than we expected. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Delicious food and the drinks....yum!!!. It is by far the most beautiful beach and carefree feeling that I was hoping it would be. Thanks and gratitude to an amazing group of employees that made it so easy.

Eu acho que este é um bom hotel. Certamente parece antigo, mas eles fazem um bom trabalho com o que está lá. A piscina não é grande ou nova, mas a equipe é ótima e cuida dos hóspedes. É longe da área movimentada do bar, mas é perto o suficiente para caminhar até essa área, se você estiver tão inclinado. O hotel fica a algumas quadras da bóia do ponto mais ao sul. Tenho experiência limitada com Key West, mas parecia que é uma das melhores opções de toda a ilha. A praia é pequena, mas é muito instagramável. Eu daria 5 estrelas, mas as paredes dos quartos são bastante finas e o preço é como um resort do Havaí, mas definitivamente não é nesse nível. Gostaria de voltar se eu fizer uma viagem de regresso a Key West.

Creo que este es un buen hotel. Ciertamente parece viejo pero hacen un buen trabajo con lo que hay. La piscina no es grande ni nueva, pero el personal es excelente y cuidan a los huéspedes. Está lejos de la concurrida zona del bar, pero está lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar hasta esa zona si así lo desea. El hotel está a un par de cuadras de la boya del punto más al sur. Mi experiencia con Key West es limitada, pero parece que es una de las mejores opciones de toda la isla. La playa es pequeña pero es muy instagrameable. Le daría un 5 estrellas, pero las paredes de las habitaciones son bastante delgadas y tiene un precio como el de un resort de Hawái, pero definitivamente no está a ese nivel. Volvería si hago un viaje de regreso a Key West.

I think this is a nice hotel. It certainly seems old but they do a good job with what is there. The pool isn't big or new but the staff is great and they take care of the guests. It is away from the busy bar area but it is close enough to walk to that area if you are so inclined. The hotel is a couple blocks away from the southernmost point buoy. I have limited experience with key west but it seemed like it is one of the best options on the whole island. The beach is small but it is very instagram-able. I would give it a 5 star but the walls in the rooms are rather thin and it is priced like a Hawaii resort but it is definitely not at that level. I would go back if I make a return trip to Key West.

Também organizamos um jantar de boas-vindas na praia no The Reach, sua propriedade irmã, que também é onde nós e nossa família imediata + festa de casamento ficamos. First and foremost, this 5-Star review would be nothing without BLAIRE, our right-hand wedding gal that assisted in our 12.10.21 Wedding. From our first email interaction, to walking down the aisle, she was an absolute godsend in helping with all of our questions and planning of our beautiful day. We had our Ceremony on the Beach, Cocktail Hour on the Grand Patio and Reception in Grand Ballroom. We also hosted a Welcome Dinner on the beach at The Reach, their sister property, which is also where we and our immediate family + wedding party stayed. The food at both events is still a topic of conversation amongst our guests, as it was absolutely divine. Adrian, who I believe to be the Banquet Captain of our wedding day, was so professional, efficient and friendly. He made us feel completely comfortable and was by our side the whole night for any request. Casa Marina + Blaire made our wildest dreams come true for our wedding day. I can’t give her enough credit to how wonderful she is at her job, and how sweet of a heart she has. THANK YOU to this amazing team!

Certamente não é barato, já que é mais um hotel e não um all-inclusive, mas no geral um ótimo resort e a melhor opção para Key West. Este resort era um santuário longe das ruas movimentadas. É um dos únicos hotéis à beira-mar com sua própria praia. Você também tem acesso ao resort irmão, Casa Marina, que fica a 5 minutos a pé.A praia privada e a área da piscina eram espaçosas e não tivemos problemas em conseguir cadeiras de praia. Os servidores e a equipe foram maravilhosos.

Ciertamente no es barato, ya que es más un hotel y no un todo incluido, pero en general es un gran resort y la mejor opción para Key West. Este complejo era un santuario lejos de las calles concurridas. Es uno de los pocos hoteles justo en el agua con su propia playa. También tiene acceso al complejo hermano, Casa Marina, que se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie.La playa privada y el área de la piscina eran espaciosas y no tuvimos problemas para conseguir sillas de playa. Los servidores y el personal fueron maravillosos.

Certainly not cheap, since it’s more of a hotel and not an all-inclusive, but all in all a great resort, and the best option for Key West. This resort was a sanctuary away from the busy streets. It’s one of the only hotels right on the water with their own beachfront. You also have access to the sister resort, Casa Marina, which is a 5 minute walk away. The private beach and pool area were spacious and we had no issues getting beach chairs. The servers and staff were wonderful.

I want the option to park my own car please... Otherwise, a good stay, The room was decent but you're paying for the beach and the location. Otherwise the room was equivalent to a mid-range Hilton. The restaurant served excellent food. We loved the short ribs.

Então, nós realmente gostamos deste hotel. É no final (relativamente) tranquilo da cidade velha. Tem um grande pátio interior e uma grande piscina (não aquecida e muito fria). Ele também tem sua própria praia particular. Piscina e serviço de praia foram excelentes e muito ágil. Comemos várias vezes no Four Marlins, que tem um grande pátio externo. Todo mundo tem sido muito amigável. Para os amantes do sol, está localizado de forma que você receba muito sol durante o dia na piscina ou na praia. Caminhada para qualquer lugar, mas bem isolada.

Chegamos a um lindo resort. Quando fizemos o check-in, o serviço de limpeza deixou um copo sujo do lado de fora que foi bebido por nossos filhos enquanto estávamos nos situando. Tínhamos pedido arrumação para vir duas vezes e devido a ter tias por todos os andares e bancadas que vimos no dia seguinte. Ninguém nunca veio. Quando voltamos depois do jantar, pedimos para consertar isso e eles nos disseram que poderíamos ser transferidos na manhã seguinte. Agora não podemos nos mover até 1 ou 2 da tarde quando o serviço de limpeza chega às 9. Eles estão nos deixando com nossos filhos em uma sala infestada de formigas e eu nunca fiquei tão chocado e chateado. Pagamos muito dólar para estar aqui e isso é horrível. Por mais bonita que seja a propriedade, não voltaremos, pois não podemos dormir em nossos quartos e ter uma boa noite de descanso.

We arrived to a beautiful resort. When we checked in housekeeping left a dirty cup outside that got drank by our kids as we were getting situated. We had asked for housekeeping to come twice and due to having aunts all over the floors and counter tops that we saw the next day. No one ever came. When we came back after dinner we asked to have this fixed and they told us we could be moved the next morning. Now we can’t move till 1 or 2pm when housekeeping arrives at 9. They are leaving us with our kids in an ant infested room and I have never been so shocked and upset. We paid too dollar to be here and this is just awful. As beautiful as the property is, we will not return since we can’t sleep in our rooms and have a good nights rest.

So we’ve really enjoyed this hotel. It’s at the (relatively) quiet end of old town. Is has a nice large interior courtyard and a large (unheated and very cold) pool. It also has its own private beach. Pool and beach service were great and very responsive. We’ve eaten several meals at four Marlins which has a large outdoor patio. Everyone has been very friendly. For sun worshippers it’s located such that you get lots of sun throughout the day at the pool or the beach. Walkable to everywhere but nicely secluded.

A nossa estadia foi apenas OK. Nós viajamos com 4 crianças, e também somos membros Lifetime Diamond do Hilton. Quando chegamos, o gerente da recepção não foi acolhedor. Pedimos que nosso hotel fosse reembolsado de nossos pontos de resgate de recompensa e ela disse que de jeito nenhum eles acabaram de receber um e-mail hoje e que não haverá reembolso se após a data de cancelamento. Super irônico, foi apenas algumas horas antes de perguntarmos. Em seguida, quando você reserva normalmente através dos aplicativos Hilton, vários quartos que geralmente são confortáveis e próximos uns dos outros. Não esta viagem. Eu e meu marido tivemos que ficar em quartos separados e quando digo que os quartos não poderiam estar mais longe Um ao outro… 413 e 454 🙄. Não foi possível nem mesmo nos fornecer duas camas queen-size para um quarto. Uma pessoa de cada quarto dormia no chão, em vez de 3 em um rei. Neste ponto, perguntamos novamente se você pode simplesmente nos mudar para a porta ao lado ou reembolsar e ela foi um não difícil. Eu só queria que o hotel tivesse sido um pouco mais confortável porque as coisas acontecem. A piscina do hotel não é aquecida, mas se você puder entrar sorrateiramente no Waldorf, seus filhos encontrarão uma piscina aquecida! Boa localização e na praia. Definitivamente reserve no Waldorf se seus amantes do Hilton.

Nuestra estancia estuvo bien. Viajamos con 4 niños y también somos miembros Lifetime Diamond de Hilton. Cuando llegamos, el director de la recepción no era nada acogedor. Súper irónico, fueron solo unas horas antes de que preguntamos. I was extremely pleased with my stay at this resort. I was super appreciative that they held my luggage behind the desk while my room was being cleaned for check in. All of the staff were very polite and the key lime martini at the beach bar was amazing. A graham cracker crust may have perfected it. My room was upgraded to a nice court and semi ocean view. Can’t boast enough of this resort. Another plus is that you can enjoy the sister resort the Casa Marina down the road for free, their beach area, restaurants and 2 pools.

Our stay was just OK. We traveled with 4 children, and we are also Lifetime Diamond members for Hilton. When we arrived the manager at the front desk was not welcoming at all. We asked for our hotel to be refunded of our reward redemption points and she said no way possible they just got an email today there would be no refunds if after the date of cancellation. Super ironic it was just hours before we asked. Next up, when you book typically via Hilton apps multiple rooms that are usually accommodating and next to each other. Not this trip. Me and my husband had to stay In separate rooms and when I say the rooms couldn’t have been further from Each other… 413 & 454 🙄. Couldn’t even provide us with a two queen beds for one room. One person from each room slept on floor, instead of 3 in a king. At this point we asked again can you just move us next door or refund & she was a hard no. I just wish the hotel would have been a little more accommodating because stuff happens. The hotel pool is not heated, but If you can sneak into their sister property the Waldorf your kids will find a heated pool! Good location and on the beach. Definitely book at Waldorf if your Hilton lovers.
