“Location was great! Would I return or recommend the Reef 28, probably not. Would like to give credit to Anna and the entire Front Desk team (including the excursion representative). The Front Desk team provided us with a warm welcome, very attentive and engaging during our stay. The concierge was also very helpful in assisting a surprise birthday room celebration for my wife. All the restaurant personnel provided the type of service that we are accustomed to when we visit Mexico. The Roof Top, service was very disappointing. It appeared that they were staffed adequately but lacked structure. Several times we would place an order only to have to get up and approach the bar to inquire about our order. Roof Top personnel in huddles conversing while we were waiting for food or drinks. This poor service occured during every Roof Top visit. Two days out of our stay we had to track down House Keeping. Last, our shower temperature NEVER exceeded lukewarm.”

“Good value for the money. The roof top is one of the best views in the city. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast is usually included. Only complaint is that you can hear the clinking of the breakfast plates at 6am.. not much they can do but it woke me every day.”
