“Stayed here at the end of January. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was helpful and checked us in fairly quickly.
Exterior of the Garden buildings is quite dated. The inside of the room was clean and provided the amenities required for a quick 2 night stay.
The hotel is a short walk away from Disney Springs and provides other Disney perks like Magic Hours, early Fast Pass booking and character Dining (for a fee).
My biggest gripe with this hotel was the lack of communication around the pool being closed for renovation. This includes online and onsite. I would not have booked here if I had known. Not only could we use the pool, but we paid the resort fee for amenities that we could not use.”

“Not the most pleasant experience but the staff were amazing. Housekeeping needs a major overhaul (we had to call every day for something different - toilet paper, do not disturb sign, shampoo and conditioner...), but the rest of the team was great! Shelton, Jill, Mike, James, and Nita were all incredible and Sandy took great care of us when we finally did complain. I would only consider coming back when the oasis bar and hot tub are in working order again. Resort fees were very steep considering the circumstances.”
