I stayed here for my wedding and had a TON of fun. The front desk was very helpful in getting everyone up to my room. The suite had a ton of space for all my girlfriends! And it was really the most beautiful spot to take photos in my wedding dress. I just recommend bringing additional light because the room was dim.The morning after my wedding, I invited everyone up to the roof top pool and it was a BLAST. I didn't have to plan anything, we just hung out at the pool and friends could order food and drinks as they pleased. Made our weekend so much easier :) Fiquei aqui para o meu casamento e me diverti muito. A recepção foi muito útil para obter todos até o meu quarto. A suíte tinha muito espaço para todas as minhas amigas! E foi realmente o local mais bonito para tirar fotos no meu vestido de noiva. Eu apenas recomendo trazer luz adicional porque o quarto estava escuro.Na manhã seguinte ao meu casamento, convidei todos para a piscina da cobertura e foi uma explosão. Eu não tive que planejar nada, nós apenas saímos na piscina e os amigos podiam pedir comida e bebida como quisessem. Facilitou muito nosso final de semana :)

I really loved my stay here. I can't stop thinking about it! I love the whole vibe of the hotel, it's very unique and the nods to Hollywood/LA history are subtle and very interesting. I loved the industrial yet classy style of the room, it was different from any hotel I've ever stayed in. I chose this place because I was seeing a show in the theatre, which I also highly recommend. It's a beautiful space for any show. The area of DTLA isn't the nicest or safest, I wouldn't have gone walking around at night by myself but that really goes for any city area. The hotel itself feels very safe and secure though so I would have no qualms about staying there again and hope I get that opportunity. The coffee shop downstairs is great, also had a burger from the restaurant which was very good as well. All very nice people working everywhere... as an east coaster people say things about LA but I experienced only helpful and personable people here. Eu realmente amei minha estadia aqui. Não consigo parar de pensar nisso! Eu amo toda a vibração do hotel, é muito original e os acenos para a história de Hollywood/LA são sutis e muito interessantes. Adorei o estilo industrial e elegante do quarto, era diferente de qualquer hotel em que já me hospedei. Escolhi este lugar porque estava vendo um show no teatro, que também recomendo. É um belo espaço para qualquer show. A área de DTLA não é a mais bonita ou segura, eu não teria ido passear à noite sozinho, mas isso realmente vale para qualquer área da cidade. O hotel em si parece muito seguro e seguro, então eu não teria escrúpulos em ficar lá novamente e espero ter essa oportunidade. O café no térreo é ótimo, também tinha um hambúrguer do restaurante que também era muito bom. Todas as pessoas muito legais trabalhando em todos os lugares... como as pessoas da costa leste dizem coisas sobre LA, mas eu experimentei apenas pessoas prestativas e gentis aqui.

My partner and I visited in July from Australia and this has to be one of the most unique hotels we've stayed in. The layout and design of the room we stayed in was really nice. The shower is open to viewing from the bed (heads up if you're not a couple etc) but I loved that the bed was close to the ground and against the wall at the foot and the TV was on the wall in front of us. O layout e design do quarto que se hospedaram no foi realmente nice. O chuveiro está aberto para visualização da cama (atenção se você não for um casal etc), mas eu adorei que a cama estava perto do chão e contra a parede ao pé e a TV estava na parede à nossa frente . Definitivamente recomendo

I loved staying at this hotel! It has everything you need and close to anything else you might want. The bed was extremely comfortable, great room layout. There was virtually no sound from other guests outside your room or the traffic below. Upstairs is the cutest rooftop pool, bar, and seating areas with great food and drinks. At night the rooftop is a hot spot to be and was so fun! The aesthetic and everything about this hotel was lovely. Highly recommend! Adorei ficar neste hotel! Tem tudo o que você precisa e perto de tudo o que você pode querer. A cama era extremamente confortável, ótima disposição do quarto. Praticamente não havia som de outros hóspedes fora do seu quarto ou do tráfego abaixo. No andar de cima é a piscina, bar e áreas de estar mais fofas da cobertura com ótima comida e bebidas. À noite, o telhado é um ponto quente para se estar e foi tão divertido! A estética e tudo sobre este hotel foi adorável. Altamente recomendado!

Have you ever wanted to stay in a hotel that makes you feel cool and hip? Well, this hotel will be the one I will tell you why. The first thing the front desk is beneficial. They are super friendly and nice. I had a slight problem with the hotel body wash running out, but they filled it and took care of things. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. I had a rental. The Valet was friendly. It costs about $50 per day, which is high from what I am used to paying. They had some water leakage on the 8th floor. They hired plumbers who worked during the late afternoon and evening, and I wanted to take a quick nap was not possible. I was not bothered by the noise because I brought my earplugs.

The handsome man I met the night before asked me to meet him here and I'm so glad that I did. We shared a bucket of rose, and met the most fabulous people. Glitter soaked and wine tipsy, there is no way I would have rather spent my days in LA...The service is beyond compare, and for downtown LA - they don't charge for pool access, which is such a perk.

It was cool to stay in a historic hotel and the rooms were pretty interesting, and the bed was comfy. The customer service, however, was horrible. My coworker and I stayed for one night and had requested an early check-in. I ended up waiting four and a half hours for my room to be "cleaned," which is just absurd, while my coworker was given a room right away. Because this was a business trip and the room had been reserved on a company card, I politely asked to speak with the manager to get clarification because I ended up having to charge the room on my personal card. The front desk staff member rudely said "My COWORKER is right here." So I didn't even get to speak with the person in charge, and both of them ended up being really unnecessarily rude. The rest of the day (while I waited almost 5 hours for my room to be "ready"), whenever we passed the concierge, they glared at us. I called the front desk after two hours of waiting for my room to be ready, and was treated like a Karen when I politely asked for an update on the room. Two more hours passed, and I went down to the front desk to again ask about the room. I was met with a glare and complete rudeness from the staff member yet again. Even when we checked out, they were pretty abrupt and rude. It seems like they staff this place with people who hate people, unfortunately. Liguei para a recepção depois de duas horas esperando meu quarto ficar pronto e fui tratado como uma Karen quando pedi educadamente uma atualização sobre o quarto. Mais duas horas se passaram, e eu desci até a recepção para perguntar novamente sobre o quarto. Fui recebido com um olhar e grosseria completa do membro da equipe mais uma vez. Mesmo quando saímos, eles foram bastante abruptos e rudes. Parece que eles trabalham neste lugar com pessoas que odeiam pessoas, infelizmente.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. I believe it is supposed to have this rustic feel to it, but they missed the mark. It felt like I was staying in dark, damp cave. The exposed concrete in the room made me feel like I was staying in a parking garage. The lights in the room are very dim, so the room was very dark and gloomy. The room we had was a medium king room, and it was tiny. There is basically only enough room for the bed, and a table behind the head of the bed. There was only 1 chair in the room to sit on, and the bed is so low it was like sleeping on the floor. Because there was only 1 chair in the room, it made eating in the room very difficult for us. One person would either have to wait to sit down and eat, or basically sit all the way down on the floor. The floor is half hard concrete, and half dirty carpet. The carpet was a dirty yellow color. It does not appear to have been cleaned at all. I had to wear shoes inside the room at all times due to the appearance of the floor. I stayed for 5 nights, and even after requesting, my room was never serviced. I asked if we could get clean linens for the bed and have the bathroom cleaned and replenished. They said they could bring linens to the room, but we would have to put the clean sheets and blankets on the bedourselves. Nothing in the bathroom was ever refilled or cleanedeither. I had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get toilet paper for our bathroom. The only reason we stayed so long at this hotel was because we prepaid for the room through a booking site, and the hotel said if we left we would not get our money back. I could not wait for the 5 days to be over so that I could leave.

La verdad me deje engañar q segun 4 estrellas y nada, esta muy feo el lugar, parece q esta en construcción, no hay estacionamiento, alfombra sucia...Jamás vuelvo a este lugar...aparte q es caro

Genial experiencia con casi 20 años de vida ace hotels siguen con gran actitud. Quería conocer este hotel habiendo sido de los primeros huéspedes en su sucursal de New York. Recomiendo su ubicación y sus habitaciones

Un local y hotel maravilloso. Si no le doy un cinco es porque el trato del personal es demasiado seco y frío. Y el ambiente un poco de extremo ligoteo y si vas con la idea de descansar y disfrutar pues eso no te agrada.

El festival estuvo muy bien organizado, las instalaciones perfectas igual que el sonido. La terraza del hotel es hermosa, con vistas de la ciudad y una pequeña piscina

Visite el bar del Ace Hotel que esta en el piso arriba. Tienen un bar grande y también una alberca. La comida es muy limitada y no tienen mucha seleccion. Me gustó mucho para ir a tomar un trago.

Excelente hotel en el centro de Los Ángeles. El restaurante en el primer piso es fabuloso y es recomendado tener reservación. En el último piso se encuentra la piscina y el bar.

Me gusto la experienca del lugar, el edificio era muy bonito. Garamos nuestra cerveza muy rapido, con fantastico servicio. Todo el event estava bien preparado.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Tiene una vibra rustica pero una estructura que se siente profesional y calmada. El hambiente es muy agradable hambiente.

Ace has an art deco appearance from the street and a hostel vibe from the interior. The hallways are dim and comprised of construction brick painted grey and stenciled with room number directions...

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the late checkout (12 pm) and the location (we were at the Orpheum Theatre). The room was dirty and the beds were horrible! The beds were extremely low...
