I cannot tell you in words how wonderful or stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali was… you truly have to experience it for yourself to understand! Firstly, the property is just awesome. It’s what you think of when you have a Bali resort in your mind! The designs are traditional but elegantly modern… the rooms are exactly what you expect from a high end resort… simply lovely! The food was outstanding! Try the Beef Rendang. You will not be disappointed!!! The best part of the experience are the people… from the front desk, housekeeping and food service… even the security guards are awesome! Definitely the place to spend your Bali break!

The Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua is absolute beach front with amazing golden sands. Our room was on the top floor and we had views of the sea which was amazing. The room we had was a King with a day bed and a balcony. It was perfect for us, my wife and I and our 13 month old. The hotel supplied a crib. The bathroom is quite big, the bonus was a wardrobe area which was big enough to also store our luggage. The Breakfasts were very good and the staff attentive, as they were pretty much anywhere you go at the Hyatt. The pools were very clean as were the grounds. The gym was well appointed too with its own pool, as well as sauna and a cold plunge pool. A very nice place to stay and we would definitely return.

Exceptional Staycation. I got the biggest room with amazing sea view from my room. Comfortable and I really enjoyed this holiday. Grand Hyatt staff is also very helpful even though I know they still have limited staff during this pandemic. Definitely be back :)

Got 2 rooms, one room had a cockroach wiggling on the floor and the other one had toiletries and some other stuff missing. Private beach wasnt very crowded which was nice. Staff were all very hospitable. (on a side note, all breakfast breads were really good)

Very nice hotel. Even though it is an old hotel, they maintained the facilities quite well. Pools are very nice, staffs are great, gardens and surroundings are great. Huge hotel, and it takes time to go to lobby if your room is on the far sides of the hotel. The only suggestion is the variety of breakfast, which can be improved for selections to compete with the other 5 star hotels. The food quality also need to be improved.
