“Hotel was super clean and modern, felt very safe and private which was nice and in a city that gets a bad rep for safety. Now the staff.. this is where it stood out to me. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING! The best person was David, so helpful guided us to the best spots around town and just all around great guy! He even let us check out a little later as our flight was at 6 and no extra charge and never missed a day to not greet us like if we were friends for years. It’s impressive to get such great service at such a great price. The hotel is also in a great location near many many restaurants and it’s a good spot not too far from all the tourist attractions! Overall I rate this Hyatt a 9/10 and the only reason it’s not a 10/10 is because the free breakfast was mid at best. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we come to Chicago and you won’t regret booking it!”

“Our room was beautiful. Up to date, clean, spacious, and the temperature was easy to control in below zero weather! There was a very quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel. We dinner ate at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! My husband had the salmon, I the squash soup, and we shared a salad. Our server, Tiffany, was kind and courteous. The hotel is in walking distance of many sights and theaters. We will stay there again!”
