This hotel is amazing!! It is located in the city centre of Brussels super close to the Grand Place, many restaurants and bars. The decoration of the rooms and the common places is very beautiful and all the areas are very clean. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna 😊 The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. After our stay there this hotel became one of my favourite!!

I left an electric toothbrush in the bathroom, called the next day and even came back to pick it up… it apparently was gone, the reception did not call back. Disappointing.

A nice clean central hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom. Breakfast was not great maybe I arrived too late. If looking for a nice hotel with the majority of attractions within walking distance you can't go wrong.

A nicely decorated hotel in a convenient location by the central train station. It is also A 15 minute walk from the Grand Place and local bars and restaurants. The price was great and included a buffet breakfast. A slight negative was I had a ground floor room with huge windows and needed to keep the shades drawn as to jot have any peeping toms.

Hotel com quarto espaçoso, porém sem ítens como touca de banho e cotonetes, comum de outros hoteis. Localização boa e café da manhã com opções que agradam vários hóspedes. Fácil chek-in e recepção agradável.

I understand what risks selecting a non-refundable room entails, but with an unprecidented pandemic like COVID-19, it was disappointing that I cannot get a refund in this case since I live in the US and getting back to this exact hotel within a year isn't going to work.

Que dire ! Je n'aime pas laisser de mauvaises appréciations mais la ça va être compliqué d'être positif. A part l'emplacement rien ne vaut les 250 euros la nuit demandés.Petit déjeuner dans une cave et vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel aussi cher, chambres communicantes non insonorisées ou on a l'impression d'être dans la chambre d'à côté.Les installations sont vétustes voir les photos jointes, les joins de douche sont manquants moisissures, moquettes très sales. Piscine qui ressemble plus à une grande baignoire bref vraiment pas terrible

Nice little hotel in the downtown Brussels, yet inside a quiet alley. Don't expect to have a fantastic view from the window, better enjoy the sauna or the pool.

Menos de 10 minutos a pé do centro da cidade, mas em um ambiente secreto e tranquilo, é adequado para aqueles que têm medo de barulho. A arte do salão é elegante, os funcionários da recepção são entusiastas e profissionais, e a atitude é boa: francês e inglês estão disponíveis. O café da manhã foi um pouco simples, mas a comida era de boa qualidade e higiênico. A cama de molas é macia e o sofá-cama fica barulhento quando é virado. Há uma pequena piscina aquecida e sauna no piso térreo. Aqui é um hotel muito pequeno e bonito.

Un hotel bonito. Situado en el centro de Bruselas. La habitación está bien, televisión, wifi... y el personal siempre nos trató muy bien. El hotel también tiene un pequeño spa con piscina y sauna. Muy bien todo

Siempre que me toca ir a Bruselas voy a este hotel, tranquilo, sencillo y muy cómodo. Muy cercano a la estación central y la zona centro. Ahora lo han remodelado y está mucho mejor. En lo que cojea es en el desayuno, no hay fruta cortada y poca variedad de cosas para elegir. Un buen detalle son las botellas de agua gratis en la habitación.

Room was quite nice, although bathroom very impractical - no shelf or room around sink to put own cosmetics, it would also need more hooks for clothes and towels. Sauna was unusable as there is nowhere to cool down - only shower available at spa was set to really hot water and the temperature was not adjustable. Breakfast was rather simple but with amazing waffles. Great location. We expected more.

Un hotel muy moderno cerca del centro de Bruselas. La decoración está muy lograda y el hotel es muy cómodo, sobre todo la cama. El personal es muy amable. En la parte de la entrada hay un hall dónde tomar una copa y charlar tranquilamente. Muy bien de precio
