O hotel não consegue atender bem se estiver lotado. Estivemos em um evento com um grupo grande e as refeições foram muito ruins. Apesar de ter muitos lugares livres no restaurante não nos deixavam sentar alegando que era para hóspedes que iriam comer ala carte. Nós pagamos pela refeição, não foi nada de graça. Os lugares ficaram vazios e muitas pessoas ficaram mais de meia hora esperando para sentar. Eles não foram capazes de se programar para atender a demanda nesses dias em que estava lotado. A Internet a noite não funciona. Os banheiros tem portas sem trava e com frestas enormes. Quem está fora consegue ver quem está dentro.

Good decor and presentation. Good service as a guest, but less than perfect service for the events we hosted at the hotel, we struggled to have our needs for more drinks (even just water!) and chairs catered for. The location is what it is, not very central in Pisa, but by taxi you'll get to the center in 15 minutes and 15 euros.

The hotel is fine. Nothing special.Room was a bit small.Would have been nice if the a/c got a little cooler in the room, but the window does open - so that helped.Breakfast was buffet style and very good.Small bar area with a few choices for drinks in the evening O hotel está bem. Nada especial. Quarto era um pouco pequeno. Teria sido bom se o ar condicionado ficasse um pouco mais frio no quarto, mas a janela se abre - o que ajudou. Café-da-manhã foi em estilo buffet e muito bom. Pequena área de bar com algumas opções para bebidas à noite

About 15 min to Pisa; hotel looks rough from outside, but inside is quite nice; restaurant in the hotel have descent food; bar options are so so.

its my first experience in entire italy, we've been experiencing a firm and friendly environment with a professional team. started from the reception, waiters and housekeeping. i would like to thank, Antonio Yaiza in the reception team they are really supportive and friendly. really good image of hospitality Leonardo in the restaurant he is really hard working and his hospitality and customer service is amazing thanks so much for Helena in the Housekeeping department. Thanks you guys and see you soon

Booked in for just one night on a 14 day holiday in Italy. Glad is was no more for the following reasons 1. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Mattress had my wife rolling off the bed in her sleep and she woke up with pain on her side. 2. In the bathroom, one of the towels had holes in them (worn out) and the sink had a massive crack and taps looked well scratched through. 3. No safe to put our valuables in 4. No ironing board 5. Breakfast was super limited in choice. No hot food apart from semi warm bacon. Egg variety was non existent - only cold hard boiled eggs offered 6. Staff in the restaurant just huddled together and stood around making you feel you didn’t exist. When asking for a coffee they just pointed you to the machine. One of the only positives was the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. For a Marriott hotel, this is way below par and out of over 25 hotels I’ve stayed at within the chain of Marriott’s, this has to be the most disappointing.

Nos trataron muy bien, hablan inglés, italiano y algo de español. La comida y el desayuno muy buenos, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Repetiriamos.

Habitaciones amplias pero paredes de papel, bañera y buena limpieza, desayuno bastante bueno pero lo que más penaliza es la habitación.

Os quartos podem ter uma renovação, já lhes fazia jeito. O staff é muito atencioso e simpático. O pequeno almoço não é muito abundante mas serve para o efeito.

the hotel was as you would expect from an AC Marriott, clean, comfy bed etc. The checkout however was a joke. 30 minutes....we missed our bus connection. No outside space which was a shame considering the weather. Would look for somewhere closer to the station next time.

Hotel básico, estilo executivo. Bom para estadia curta. As três estrelas são pelo fato da cozinha não estar em operação e no processo de reserva não ter nenhuma informação sobre isso.

Stayed here June 2022 as a quick night prior to flying out the next day given its proximity toPisa airport. Am a loyal long term Marriott customer.Service was still limited, perhaps due to Covid or lack of staffing. We were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and for lunch on weekday (Monday) due to a group event. If possible, would recommend management to update their website to reflect closures or inform guests upon check-in so that they can plan accordingly.Staff service was okay, except for a minor miscommunication which was a request for late check out (additional hour 1pm from 12pm standard time). Front desk resolved it quickly.Rooms were a bit outdated and run down inside; we had hair in our bathtub so cleanliness could be improved.Gym was standard albeit smaller and included your typical amenities, treadmill, elliptical, weights, etc.Recommend for a quick stop but not if you’re looking for a lot of amenities

While a bit outside the central area, the AC was a nice play to rest and call home for a couple of days.While there isn’t a restaurant nearby, there is a grocery store apurple hundred meters away.If you are a walker, you can easily walk to the centre of town.The service at the hotel was great and always helpful.The room itself was spacious and offered two single beds, a decent bathroom and all the amenities.The hotel restaurant wasn’t fully open for supper, which after a long day of travel, was a bit of a disappointment.That said, it does offer a buffet breakfast. The offerings were varied and enjoyable!

Las instalaciones son hermosas. Sin embargo, no permiten más de dos personas por habitación. Entonces si vas con familia debes pensarlo. Yo fui con mis hijas menores de edad y me obligaban a alquilar habitaciones separadas, no me dieron opción de suite familiar o habitaciones compartidas por lo que no pude quedarme. De igual manera el de la recepción fue muy amable en su explicación.

No vengáis a quedaros a este hotel!!! Para empezar cuando llegamos, tenían una cama doble y no dos separadas, mi marido había llamado varias veces para asegurarlo, cuando llegamos el bajo a reclamarlo a la recepción y le dieron unas sábanas para que lo hiciéramos nosotros mismos, lo que me pareció imperdonable y de baja calidad ( el hotel no es nada económico) el desayuno también estaba incluído cosa confirmada pero no nos lo querían cobrar. No esperes a dormir por qué por la mañana muuuuuy temprano las camareras de piso van gritando lo que se dice gritando por los pasillos y arrastrando camas que parece que se la llevan para sus casas y las desmontan. Que pena que no se puede subir audio por que aún están gritando y llevan desde las 8:30 y son las 10:30. Hotel ni de una estrella.
