“Mixed experience. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Breakfast at Cafe Cuvee was good. But there were several issues with the hotel. First, the ridiculous barn door on the bathroom does not actually close (there's a gap of at least an inch on each side), so there's no privacy. Absurd! Even cheap hotels (and this hotel is not cheap) have functioning bathroom doors. Second, there were empty soda cans from the previous occupant in the mini fridge. Third, the robe in bathroom had a gross stain on the collar. Fourth, we ordered room service, but we waited an hour until we discovered that they forgot our order. The hotel did do the right thing and gave us free food + breakfast to make up for losing our order (and the manager was very apologetic), but it's just another sign that something is going wrong at this hotel. UPDATE A WEEK LATER: Also, they double charged me. The manager was quick to fix the problem after I called about it, but come on...”

“We were treated very well during our stay from the moment we parked our car. The staff was super friendly. It’s the level of service that I would expect and return for every time I visit. The hotel is beautiful, the bar and patio have stunning views and the food and drinks are amazing. We stayed in a corner king room which we loved. And one of the most amazing things was the bed. It was perfect. Just soft enough and not stiff as a board thank goodness because at another hotel we recently stayed at the stiff bed was enough to ruin the whole experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”
