“As IHG diamond elite I was shocked by the disorganize/ bad mood from the front desk staff. The priority line were not enforced and a more than twenty minutes waiting time is expected for check-in, checkout and even when you have anything to enquire with. I have tried queueing in both regular line and IHG rewards line and I got jumped the queue for four times in total. The staff don't give me any explains but start serving Japanese speaking customers straight ahead. There are MANY complaints with front desks if go check the Google review. On the other hand, the location of this hotel is reasonable for its price and good cleaning for the room. Decent room service and breakfast is the reason I leave a three star here.”

“I stayed here on my first trip to Japan from England in March. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and booked me a taxi to Universal Studios Japan without any hassle. They also arranged my luggage to be sent to my next hotel and were very willing to help (their English was good.) I stayed in a standard double corner room and the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath. The room was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay. Breakfast was a buffet and had both western and Japanese options. It was very fresh and delicious. The hotel is located in Umeda and is close to Osaka station (about 16 mins walk). It's also about 5-10min walk to the nearest metro station. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and the shopping mall in Osaka station is great. Overall, I had a lovely stay here.”
