Lage: super (soll ja der schönste Strand Mallorcas sein) Die Hotelanlage ist auch schön. Essen: top (das Frühstück hat mich nicht langweilen können und das Abendessen hatte ein richtig gutes Niveau. Auch an der Poolbar wurde man mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war okay, aber da waren wir ja eh nur zum Schlafen. Gute Aussflugsziele in der Nähe, die man auch ohne Auto und mithilfe der sehr netten Servicekräfte erreichen kann.

Nosso terceiro feriado de outono neste hotel. Lindo hotel à beira-mar com uma equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, incluindo restaurante, spa e entretenimento infantil. Restaurante ½-pensão com deliciosos pratos frescos e variados. Também gostamos da boa forma e do conforto de uma garagem segura para bicicletas.

Our third autumn holiday at this hotel. Beautiful hotel just by the sea with very nice and service minded staff including restaurant, spa and kids-entertainment. ½-pension-restaurant with delicious fresh food and variation. We also enjoyed the fitness and the comfort of a secure bike garage.

Perfect experience with the Danish Skimarathon Team here, the service was excellent and the spot is beautiful! The hotel buffet was outstanding and we were all delighted to come back home from training to enjoy the settings and recover with great nutritious food, we warmly recommend Palace de Muro!

Quarto superior direto reservado com vista lateral do mar. Não gostaria de ver um quarto standard. Eles trocaram o quarto pelo mesmo estilo em um lado mais ensolarado depois que disseram que estavam cheios! Sem água complementar ou máquina de chá / café no quarto? Esperei 15 minutos para ser servido ao redor da piscina, então desisti. Não é um lugar barato. Veja o que acontece nas próximas noites. Veio com chá e café grátis. Obrigado

Nada malo que decir! Un lugar muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo y lo mejor de todo el trato del personal, impecable.. Tuve la ocasion de acudir a la boda de mis mejores amigos alli mismo y fue todo espectacular, y de nuevo el trato…inmejorable. Muy recomendable, volveré sin duda!

Gracias por hacer de un fin de semana de los mejores para desconectar descansar, y hacer la boda de mis mejores amigos la mejor. Buffet excelente y lo mejorde todo el personal amable y muy cercano preocupándose de que los clientes estén bien e de mencionar a Tim y a Ramon que hicieron que todo fuera genial recomendable 100x100. Todo bien en general. Por poner un pero, el horario de las cenas. Se que sus principales clientes son alemanes, pero podían pensar un poco en el cliente español, El horario de 18.30 a 21.30 para cenar............

Booked direct superior room with side sea view. Wouldn’t like to see a standard room. They did swap room for the same style on a sunnier side after they said they were full! No complementary water or tea/coffee machine in room ? Waited 15 mins to get served around the pool so gave up. Not a cheap place. See what happens over the next few nights. Came up with free tea and coffee. Thank you

Es la segunda vez que estoy en este hotel y hay habitaciones que ya están bastante viejas, un poco de reforma le vendría muy bien. La gente del hotel muy amable y servicial. La comida bastantebien, los postres muy ricos todos, y bastante variedad. Muy bien situado en play de muro, aunque en esta ocasión había muchas algas a la entrada del agua. Y las actuaciones dw la noche genial!! La única pega es que empiezan muy pronto y a mi me pillaban siemprecenando, lo de cenar a las 8 no va conmigo

A pesar de estar el hotel casi lleno, nunca te da esa impresión porque hay tranquilidad en todas las estancias comunes. Incluso el desayuno es muy agradable, no hay esperas ni colas para elegir la comida del buffet. Además, todo elpersonal es encantador y la calidad de la comida, tanto en el desayuno como en el restaurante de la piscina, es perfecta. Otro punto a favor importantísimo es la playa; preciosa, agradable y con muy poca gente justo en la zona del hotel a pesar de estar en temporada alta. Todo a favor y con muchas ganas de volver. La desconexión y el relax han sido totales.

Amazing couple days in Palace de Muro! From our arrival till the end of our stay, we found the level of service from the different teams really excellent / top notch. Also the help desk / customer relation support to organise outdoor island outdoor activities was greatly appreciated !Impeccable cleanliness, great dining and around the pool activities also worthwhile mentioning!We will certainly be recommending this “ 5 star” location to our friends and relatives! All the staff work super hard and are extremely polite and friendly. It's been a difficult time the past 18 months and they are working overtime to make up lost ground. A lovely two weeks with my small family and will definitelyu recommend ! The odd thing didn't work and it was rectified immediately by the reception staff. Food expansive and plentiful. Thank you

Fantastic hotel, it felt like a nice modern palace. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the beach is right next to it. The food was delicious and the personnel very nice and helpful in case of any trouble even outside the hotel. We had a great holiday. I highly recommend the hotel especially at these times, because they took care of all the safety measures and it was full only up to 20-30 % of the capacity - I can hardly imagine a safer place to be. Also, the beach wasn't crowded.

Ubicacion genial, acceso directo a la playa de Muro. Hotel precioso.... Comida correcta pero no muy variada. Limpio. Personal amable y servicial. Pongo solo 4 estrellas porque parece mas un hotel de 4 estrellas que de 5 estrellas.

Positives - the beds are really comfy, the rooms are kept clean, the bathroom is modern, the proximity to a nice beach is super convenient and the pool area is fairly nice. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet area for some relaxation Negatives - the place does need a little decorating as lots of peeling paintwork, the dining staff are not the friendliest or most helpful in my opinion, the buffet food lacked variation and was quite often very cold, the entertainment was very lacklustre and the place almost felt closed it was that quiet at times. Overall I feel this is a nice place to come if you just want to get away, relax and do nothing else. I feel this is more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star though and not sure if I would come again.

We have gone to this hotel every year since 2003, sometimes twice a year. Why ,because we love it. Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and very comfortable, food is good and location great for being by a beautiful beach. We will go again, things have changed over the years, but we are never disappointed.

We held our wedding at the Palace and we could not recommend the hotel enough. The hotel itself is incredible, the bridal suite was beautiful but it's the staff that really make the hotel special. Ourselves and our group were so looked after, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The food is fantastic, the pool and pool areas are fabulous and it's minutes walk over to the beach. Don't think twice about booking this hotel, we will be back next year!

We were there for 6 Days and it was amazing. The Hotel is beautiful and very impressiv. The Room was clean and very nice. We had a great time in the Hotel. Special Thanks to Toni at the Reception who welcome us when we arrived, he explained us everything very good.Would love to come again here :)
