“Es muy bueno, buen trato recibido El valet parking los dos que interactuamos son muy buenas personas. Arriba tiene algo que no se su nombre que nos calienta y contrarresta un poco el frío.”

“Our room was spotless and everything was in order when we got there. The location is very close to the museums so it was very nice to be able to get back and forth. They have a small dining area thats open for diner and a bar. The only thing an issue is the customer service there is pretty cold. We spoke to one gentleman who was very helpful, but the ladies at the front were cut and dry. We called down to ask about checkout the morning of and she answered our question but then hung up in the middle of my husband thanking her. It’s not the end of the world but it just struck us as odd. I also witnessed only 1 waitress doing bar and waiting in the dining area. She was running herself all over trying to help everyone while 3 people stood behind the front desk. Is this normal? Perhaps they could help out with drinks and small things?”
